Discovering New Paths is committed to assisting individuals to address issues and improve physical, spiritual and psychosocial needs to live a productive quality of life while promoting and providing quality services to individuals through utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities with an integrated, holistic approach while allowing person-served to have self-determination... Discovering New Paths was founded by Edna Powell, a licensed Social Worker with a wealth of knowledge in Mental Health and Addiction Services. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Counseling at the University of Cincinnati, as well as her Master's Degree. She is currently working towards her PhD in Human and Social Services. Mrs. Powell
