I was born and raised right down the road in beautiful Bay County, where my family still resides. I finished my training to become a dental assistant in 1999, and was blessed to join Dr. Fleitz's dental team straight out of school. Helping Dr. Fleitz and Dr. Hoppe and the rest of our team open 30A Smiles in 2015 was a dream come true for all of us. I love the exceptional care our doctors provide to all of our patients, and I love feeling like we make a difference in our patient's lives. When I'm not in the office, I'm often doing something involving physical fitness or enjoying the great outdoors. Come see our beautiful new office--we'll treat you like family!
Some of our favorite fun facts about Alli: She is a culinary genius, and we are regularly spoiled by all the wonderful things she cooks and bakes for us! Her favorite sidekick is her precious dachsund Riley. If you ask Alli who her favorite sports teams are, she will likely respond Bloomingdale's, Macy's and Neiman Marcus.

I'm originally from Mississippi, and completed both my undergraduate studies, and earned a degree in law at Ole Miss (Hotty Toddy!). After practicing law for many years, I agreed to help my husband Dr. Fleitz temporarily when he decided to take over the dental office of a retiring dentist in Panama City. 15 years later, I'm still helping out around the office, and I love it. It was a dream come true for us to open 30A Smiles so close to our home and community. I enjoy making a positive difference in the life quality of our doctors, team members, patients and community. Life quality is so important. When I'm not herding our doctors, team or kids, I'm often relaxing with a glass of wine on a patio at one of our many favorite places in this community, shuttling our two precious daughters Zoe and Gabi to ballet, gymnastics, or play dates, or loving on our yellow lab Max.
Some of our favorite fun facts about Kim: Her ACT career assessment said she should be a farmer or engineer. She loves dogs, chocolate and seeing the world through the eyes of her two little girls (it is quite hilarious that way). She loves to travel and is someone you can always count on to share a glass of wine and enjoy life.

I have been in the dental field for over 40 years. It is a great privelege to provide in-house laboratory services for such a high caliber dental practice. I have worked with Dr. Fleitz since the year 2000 and am thrilled about our new state of the art facility at 30A Smiles. I'm detail-oriented and particular about my work. I truly enjoy designing and creating dental restorations and appliances that are customized to each patient's unique needs and desires. Collaborating with our doctors and patients and utilizing the finest materials available allows us to provide our patients with one-of-a-kind, beautiful and healthy smiles we all take pride in. When I'm not making teeth for our patients, I love to travel and to spend time outdoors.
Some of our favorite fun facts about Linda: To call Linda a perfectionist would be an understatement! She is quite a good golfer and is known to at times "make things interesting" by placing wagers on golf games. She is very handy and can fix almost anything around the office. She has a travel trailer and loves to get out and go places.

I was born and raised in Knightstown, Indiana and relocated to our area in 2015. I have worked in the dental field since 2005 and was thrilled to become part of the 30A Smiles team shortly after my husband and I moved here. It's a privelege to work with a highly talented, motivated and caring group of individuals who all strive for the common interest of treating and caring for our patients. Some of my favorite things to do besides taking care of our team and patients include biking, watching football, crafting and cooking.
Some of our favorite fun facts about Lindsay: She is energetic, fun, and caring! Her favorite sports team is the Hoosiers of Indiana University (something she and Dr. Fleitz have in common!). She loves to eat stone crab claws and she is a dog person (she loves labs the most). In her down time you can find her relaxing at the beach and her favorite local restaurant is Cafe 30A.
