Aisha Oakley is E3G's HR Manager. Her role focusses on ensuring that the HR function helps the organisation deliver its strategy and objectives through its people. Aisha focuses on evolving effective recruiting, developing people and building robust infrastructure to support our work. Aisha also provides an impartial voice for staff, with staff wellbeing at the heart of what she delivers. Aisha is currently working on developing the HR infrastructure to ensure the organisation is future proof. She is passionate about working at E3G and supporting the agenda of environmental change. Prior to joining E3G, Aisha worked in HR for the last 17 years. She has a wealth of experience spanning charity, the third sector and private organisations - mainly SME's. Aisha holds a CIPD qualification and an MA in Drama. Aisha spends her free time walking and working with a charity which promotes peace, culture and education through personal transformation and social contribution. Alba Berhami Sintomer

Alba will be driving E3G's analysis on EU Sustainable Finance recommendations for the next European Commission, as well as supporting the policy work in the Brussels space. Alba's background is in international financial law and she worked as a legal counsel for several international financial actors, assisting them in adapting to national regulatory contexts and to EU sustainable finance regulation. She focused particularly on securitisation and consolidation processes as well as the international marketing of investment funds. Most recently, Alba completed a master's degree in public administration at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and has been affiliated to the European Political Economy Project at Oxford University, as well as at the Harvard Kennedy School of Governance. In her free time, Alba enjoys travelling and especially discovering local artists and stories. She has private and public finance experience in South Africa and the United States practising in various professional roles at audit firms, investment banks and development finance institutions. Chantal supports policymakers across Africa to access climate finance and consults for global policy thinktanks, multilateral and bilateral development institutions on matters related to her research. Chris Littlecott

Chris Littlecott leads E3G's activities on the transition from coal to clean energy, with a focus on supporting the growing international transition effort to accelerate the phase out of coal power generation. Chris has been closely involved in UK coal policy since 2008. He has worked as a policy analyst, civil society advocate, and advisor to government throughout this period, helping to shape the UK's progress from facing a wave of new coal power plant proposals through to its world-leading commitment to an end to coal power generation. Chris currently leads E3G's strategic advice to decision makers on the global coal transition challenge as well as analytical projects such as E3G's annual scorecard of progress on coal by G7 countries. Chris was one of the original E3G start-up team from 2004 to 2008, during which he coordinated the groundbreaking Europe in the World project. He rejoined E3G in May 2012 following 4 years as a senior policy advisor at Green Alliance where he led work on EU engagement, coal policy, and carbon capture and storage. Amongst other cross-sectoral initiatives he compiled and edited the October 2008 publication ‘A last chance for coal: making carbon capture and storage a reality', and the March 2010 publication ‘Unlocking a low-carbon Europe: perspectives on EU budget reform'. He also convened the September 2009 UK CCS dialogue of over 40 organisations. From 2008 to 2011 Chris served as the UK boardmember and Vice President of European Environmental Bureau, Europe's largest network of environmental organisations. He has also contributed to the advisory committee of UKCCSC, and the Energy Advisory Panel of the Energy Institute. From 2012-2015 Chris was a policy research associate with the Scottish Carbon Capture and Storage academic network. He is a member of the advisory council of ZEP - the European Technology Platform for CCS. Chris has a BSc in Environmental Management and Policy from the London School of Economics, and an MA in Leadership for Sustainable Development from Forum for the Future / Middlesex University.

Before joining E3G, Christine worked at the Australian Treasury and Australian Parliamentary Budget Office as a Senior Analyst in Canberra. Her experience encompassed a range of economic policy areas, including COVID-19 economic policy, representation at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, tax policy and demographic forecasting. Christine holds a MSc in Political Science & Political Economy from the London School of Economics, and a BA in Political Science & International Relations and Economics from the University of Western Australia. Her MSc dissertation investigated the political economy of bushfire, employing causal inference methods to analyse voter behaviour.
