Esoteric Tackle was the FIRST UK company to bring Tenkara tackle to the UK. We are manufacturing rods to the very highest standards and receiving praise for the accuracy of their casting and quality of finish... Esoteric Tackle was set up to provide the modern fisherman with the tackle they need. It was started by a single fisherman in a small room for the benefit of other fishermen. Our first products were made "in house", or rather, "in shed" and since that point the vision expanded to different fishing methods around the world.
