Mrs. Cessna is responsible for structuring, underwriting and managing middle-market debt investments for Freeport. Prior to joining Freeport in 2023, Mrs. Cessna served as a Senior Assistant in the Audit & Assurance practice at Deloitte. Mrs. Cessna holds a B.A. in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. Mrs. Cessna is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) as well.

Ms. Marszalkowski is responsible for supporting the accounting, finance, and back-office functions for Freeport.
Prior to joining Freeport in 2021, Ms. Marszalkowski was an Alternative Investments Accountant at US Bancorp Fund Services.
Ms. Marszalkowski graduated with a BBA in Finance and minor in personal finance and insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Mr. Krippinger is responsible for structuring, underwriting and managing middle-market debt investments for Freeport.
Prior to joining Freeport in 2015, Mr. Krippinger served as an Analyst in the Healthcare Finance unit of GE Capital. There he completed the Risk Management Leadership Program with roles in the Healthcare Finance unit and GE Capital headquarters.
Mr. Krippinger holds a B.A. in Finance and Management from the University of Wisconsin.
Mr. Golan is responsible for structuring, underwriting and managing middle-market debt investments for Freeport Financial.
Prior to joining Freeport in 2017, Mr. Golan served as a Senior Associate in the direct lending unit at Golub Capital. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Golan served as an Analyst in the investment banking division of Moelis & Company.
Mr. Golan holds a B.S. in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Mr. Colletti is responsible for structuring, underwriting and managing middle-market debt investments for Freeport.
Prior to joining Freeport in 2020, Mr. Colletti served as a Senior Auditor in the Audit & Assurance practice at Deloitte.
Mr. Colletti holds both a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Mr. Colletti is a Certified Public Accountant (active) as well.
Mr. Froemming is responsible for managing the accounting, finance and back office functions for Freeport.
Prior to rejoining Freeport in 2016, Mr. Froemming spent eighteen years with Stark Investments, a global multi-strategy hedge fund. From 2005 to 2011, Mr. Froemming served as the fund controller for Freeport.
Mr. Froemming graduated with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Mr. Goggins is responsible for supporting the accounting, finance and back office functions for Freeport.
Prior to joining Freeport in 2018, Mr. Goggins was an Alternative Investments Assistant Manager at US Bancorp Fund Services.
Mr. Goggins graduated with a BBA in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and holds an M.S. in Professional Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Mr. Gambino is responsible for structuring, underwriting and managing middle-market debt investments for Freeport.
Prior to rejoining Freeport in 2013, Mr. Gambino served as a Vice President in the Healthcare Finance unit of NXT Capital. Prior to that, Mr. Gambino was a principal in the firm that actively invested and managed the Oppenheimer Distressed Opportunities Fund. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Gambino was an Assistant Vice President at Freeport Financial LLC. He joined Freeport Financial LLC from GE Capital, where he held multiple roles in underwriting, account management and audit. Prior to GE Capital, Mr. Gambino was a staff auditor for Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Gambino holds a B.S.B.A. in Accountancy from John Carroll University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
Mr. Walker is responsible for underwriting and managing middle-market debt investments for the Freeport loan funds.
Prior to co-founding Freeport Financial LLC in 2005, Mr. Walker spent five years with GE Commercial Finance where he worked in the Global Sponsor Finance Group. In his role at GE, Mr. Walker was responsible for originating, underwriting and managing senior and junior debt facilities and equity co-investments in leveraged transactions. Prior to joining GE, he practiced corporate litigation at Baker & McKenzie in Chicago.
Mr. Walker graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Management from Boston College and holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School and an M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Mr. Howie is responsible for sourcing, structuring and managing middle-market debt investments for the Freeport loan funds.
Prior to co-founding Freeport Financial LLC in 2005, Mr. Howie spent seven years with GE Capital Services, including two years in GE's Financial Management Program. While at GE, Mr. Howie worked in numerous roles including mergers & acquisitions, acquisition integration, finance and GE's Six Sigma Quality organization. His most recent role was in the Global Sponsor Finance unit where he was a Senior Vice President responsible for originating, structuring and underwriting leveraged transactions.
Mr. Howie holds a B.A. in Economics from Kalamazoo College and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Ms. Allen is responsible for supporting the accounting, finance and back office functions for Freeport.
Prior to joining Freeport in 2016, Ms. Allen was Vice President of Compliance and Administration at Eco Capital Management. Prior to joining Eco Capital Management, Ms. Allen served as Accounting Manager at Stark Investments.
Ms. Allen graduated cum laude with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Mr. Kretschmann is responsible for supporting the accounting, finance and back office functions for Freeport.
Prior to joining Freeport in 2019, Mr. Kretschmann was an Alternative Investments Analyst at US Bancorp Fund Services. Prior to joining US Bancorp, Mr. Kretschmann worked as a Finance and Accounting Analyst for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra.
Mr. Kretschmann graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and was recognized as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.
Mr. Revich is responsible for structuring, underwriting and managing middle-market debt investments for Freeport Financial.
Prior to joining Freeport in 2016, Mr. Revich spent seven years in the investment banking division of Moelis & Company, most recently as a Vice President advising a variety of companies across multiple sectors on corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Revich was an analyst in the General Industrials Group at Bear Stearns.
Mr. Revich holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Mr. Gerdes is responsible for structuring, syndicating and managing middle-market debt investments for the Freeport loan funds. Prior to joining Freeport Financial LLC in 2006, Mr. Gerdes was a Director of Dymas Capital Management Company where he originated, underwrote and managed investments in private equity sponsored transactions.
Prior to his role at Dymas, Mr. Gerdes was a Vice President on GE Capital's Merchant Banking Syndications Team where he structured and placed senior and subordinated financings.
Mr. Gerdes graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from Northern Illinois University and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Mr. Raulin is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and managing middle-market debt investments for the Freeport loan funds.
Prior to joining Freeport Financial LLC in 2017, Mr. Raulin spent five years with Excellere Partners where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing recapitalization transactions with entrepreneurs. Prior to his role at Excellere, Mr. Raulin spent seven years with GE Capital where was responsible for underwriting and managing senior debt facilities in leveraged transactions.
Mr. Raulin holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Ms. Purvina is responsible for structuring, underwriting and managing middle-market debt investments for Freeport. Ms. Purvina holds a B.S. in Corporate Communications and a Minor in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Noonan is responsible for structuring, underwriting and managing middle-market debt investments for Freeport Financial.
Prior to joining Freeport in 2018, Mr. Noonan completed the Commercial Leadership Program at Fifth Third Bank with roles in Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate and Leveraged Finance.
Mr. Noonan holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
Ms. Bick is responsible for structuring, underwriting and managing middle-market debt investments for Freeport.
Prior to joining Freeport in 2021, Ms. Bick served as an Assistant Vice President in the Commercial Middle-Market Team at Wintrust Bank.
Ms. Bick holds a B.A. in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Mr. Papalas is responsible for underwriting and managing middle-market debt investments for the Freeport loan funds.
Prior to co-founding Freeport Financial LLC in 2005, Mr. Papalas spent five years with GE Commercial Finance where he worked in the Global Sponsor Finance Group. In various roles at GE, Mr. Papalas was responsible for originating, underwriting and managing investments in leveraged transactions. He also worked as a certified Black Belt where he was responsible for redesigning multiple risk processes for Commercial Finance's cash flow loan portfolio. Prior to joining GE, Mr. Papalas was an engineering consultant focusing on operations and design.
Mr. Papalas holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. (Highest Distinction) from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Mr. Scotto is responsible for structuring, underwriting and managing middle-market debt investments for Freeport Financial.
Prior to joining Freeport in 2019, Mr. Scotto served as a Senior Associate in the Deals practice at PwC.
Mr. Scotto holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and an M.B.A. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
