Hydra-Electric expresses our deep gratitude and appreciation for the many years of service and contributions of Allen V.C. Davis, who founded the company in 1948 and developed the patented pressure switches and other innovative products we manufacture. Under his leadership, the company became an innovative player in the aerospace industry.

In 2014, Ann joined Hydra-Electric bringing with her experience as a bilingual human resources executive. Her background includes supporting organizations through a full life cycle of significant organizational change from accelerated growth to restructuring, integration and downsizing. She has partnered with senior management teams on transforming organizational culture, workforce development, and performance management. She has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution management, and change management.
Prior to joining Hydra-Electric, Ann was the Senior Human Resources Manager at ITT Exelis, a top-tier global aerospace defense, and high technology solutions company, where she was responsible for the strategic transition and integration of a medium size company into a global organization. Other positions held include Director of Human Resources for Aquaria, Inc./Marineland (a division of Spectrum Brands) and Human Resources Manager at P.L. Porter Controls, Inc. (a division of Crane Aerospace).

- Vice President of Engineering
Bob has led the Hydra-Electric's ground-breaking work in sensor technology development since joining the company in 2010. Under his leadership, the engineering team has introduced many new design advancements allowing for the highest accuracies, greater temperature range, and improved reliability and robustness of aerospace sensors.
In 2017 he was promoted to the position of Vice President of Engineering in which he oversees both sensor and switch engineering development. During his tenure, Bob has advanced engineering practices and product technology for aerospace technology, with a focus on electronics, electromechanical systems, and automation. He is responsible for FAA, DO-254, EASA, and other regulatory approvals.
Prior to joining Hydra-Electric, Bob worked at Kavlico where he was Director Engineering, Aerospace Pressure Sensors, and previously Director of Industrial and Medical Sensor Engineering at CST Kavlico GmbH. Earlier in his career he worked at Ametek as Manager, Sensor Engineering, and has done pioneering engineering work for numerous medical device companies.

Gerry joined Hydra-Electric in 2014, bringing with him a successful career in financial management and operational efficiency implementation. During his tenure, the company has experienced steady financial growth, a reorganized cost structure and an increased focus on financial discipline. In acknowledgment of his contributions, the San Fernando Valley Business Journal awarded him "CFO of the Year" in 2016.
Gerry, a CPA, has served as a consultant, CFO, and COO to numerous companies across a variety of industries. His strengths include a solid knowledge of change management, financial reporting, strategic planning, and the ability to facilitate and communicate at all levels of the company, from the Board of Directors to employees, helping all work toward the collective company's goals.

Len joined Hydra-Electric in 2015 where he is responsible for production, supply chain and quality management, and keeps the organization focused on delivering continuous process improvement, operational efficiencies, customer on-time delivery and inventory optimization.
Prior to joining Hydra-Electric, Len worked at Meggitt Control Systems where he held several executive leadership positions. He served as U.S. Group Materials Director, where he was responsible for a $100M procurement budget and led numerous supply chain optimization initiatives resulting in significant improvements in customer OTD, quality metrics, and other measures. He also served in leadership roles at TA MFG Co. (division of Esterline Technologies), Cast Alloys Inc., and Teradyne Inc.

- Director, Product Engineering & Sales
He leads the project management of all new development R&D efforts. Tim has focused on restructuring the company engineering groups into one department, streamlining the program flow from RFQ to fully-qualified. Before transitioning to his current position, Tim served many years as Director of Sales at Hydra-Electric. In this capacity he applied his strong knowledge of aircraft systems and the aerospace industry to grow sales and expand the company portfolio, handling commercial, military/OEM and aftermarket sales internationally.
Prior to joining Hydra-Electric, Tim served as Regional Sales-Marketing-Program Manager for several years at Kavlico, developing markets and successfully managing global customer programs from design-in to production in military/commercial aerospace markets. As a field sales engineer at Centaur Corporation, he represented leading semiconductor manufactures including IBM, AMD, and Philips Semiconductors; he expanded territory and managed accounts with annual revenues of $1.5M.
