Joyce joined Phoenix Excess after working in Corporate America for 25 years. She has been with the firm for six years and is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Broker in New York State. Joyce's comprehensive experience in the corporate arena, combined with the educational and training requirements to obtain her Insurance license, has given her the necessary tools to deal with complex business issues and work effectively in servicing our Clients.
Margaret joined Phoenix Excess in May of 2015, when we opened our new office located near Stewart Airport in New Windsor, NY. Margaret is a valuable member of our team who not only manages the functions of our office, but is our first contact for Clients and will guide you to the right staff member to best answer your questions and handle your insurance needs.
Vince started his career in 1970 working at a prestigious New York City Insurance Brokerage. While working in the industry, Vince attended the College of Insurance, now known as St. John's University School of Insurance and Risk Management, for both undergraduate and graduate studies. He was awarded his Bachelors Degree with honors as a result of his outstanding academic achievements. Vince also earned a Professional Certificate with Distinction in Ocean Marine Insurance which required 45 College Credits. Over the years, Vince has been involved in many aspects of the Insurance Industry and holds licenses in various states across the United States. He has worked as a Risk Manager, manager of several Insurance Brokerage firms, as well as manager of a General Contracting company. Vince has been called upon to serve as a Bankruptcy Court Approved Professional responsible for the management of an Insurance Agency in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
