Chris Burton

Job Titles:

Chris held financial positions in the food and motor industries until 1975. In 1975 he joined Sedgwick Group plc and served as Group Financial Controller. In 1988 he formed a start-up Lloyds broker, Rattner Mackenzie Limited. Whilst at Sedgwick he was also involved in a consulting and non-executive capacity in forming Twentys Holidays Ltd. In 1997 He was appointed Finance Director of Solitaire Group Plc; an AIM listed Property Management Company. Chris remained with Solitaire from inception and AIM float through to the successful sale of the group in 2006. His wealth of experience brings a fundamental element to the Ivory Realty team and ensures that all acquisitions are delivered with the necessary compliance and in the appropriate corporate structure.

David Jackson

Having graduated from Manchester University in the early eighties David worked in a number of large UK corporations before focusing on business start-up and development. Over the past decade David and Charles Cooper-Driver have created significant value in call centre, technology and property start- ups. With extensive experience in corporate capital structure design David manages the partner relationships for Ivory Realty.

Mark Woodward - Chairman

Mark received an MBA from Kingston Business School in 1991. Mark also studied at the School of Anthropology and Archaeology at the University of Yucatan, Mexico and has for many years maintained his contacts in Mexico. Mark has been heavily involved in the real estate market in south east Mexico, representing landowners in negotiations with Chinese investors. With 30 years experience in many other projects, Mark notably created a company that developed a world beating database software, a technology that was adopted by the anti- terrorist branch of Scotland Yard.

Mike Mulhern

Mr. Anthony J. Coleby

After qualifying he joined a leading City law firm Linklaters LLP. He worked for over 20 years in the City of London as a banking and corporate finance lawyer. In early 2006, Anthony was appointed General Counsel of a Kuwait investment company, later moving to head up the International Corporate Advisory team at a local Kuwaiti law practice Al Markaz Law Firm, the leading local commercial and litigation law practice in Kuwait City. Anthony's specialist areas of expertise include: International Mergers & Acquisitions; Foreign Direct Investment, including joint ventures, commercial agency and partnership agreements; Islamic Finance; Banking & Corporate Finance; Project Finance. Anthony has consistently chaired seminars and written widely acclaimed articles and commentaries for numerous leading banking, financial and corporate law publications and periodicals. Anthony holds a BA and MA from the University of Oxford. He speaks English, French, Spanish and Arabic.

Mr. Gabor Moser - Managing Director

Gabor has a Diploma in Quantity Surveying. For the last fifteen years he has held senior management roles, initially in construction and latterly in high-end residential development companies.

Mr. Roger Octavio Menendez

Roger Octavio Menendez has broad experience in the real estate market and the legal and financial evaluation of real estate projects and marketing. He is highly skilled at managing complex real estate projects. He is a Bachelor in Law and has achieved a Masters degree in Mexico City and another in Yucatán. He is currently public notary number 57 in Quintana Roo, México. Fluent in Spanish and English. He has been a member of the National Association of Public Notaries, since 2011.

Nick Lawson - CFO

Nick is a Chartered Accountant and alumnus of Deloitte and Keble College, Oxford. For the last twenty years he has worked in a wide range of sectors and roles, more latterly specialising in the set-up and funding of new ventures. He sat on the board of Chrysler Jeep Finance and has worked with various funders executing deals in software, legal, consulting and now property businesses. As a result, he has extensive experience of different funding and ownership structures and their implications from a tax perspective. He has previously worked on a number of other ventures with Charles Cooper-Driver and David Jackson and their business relationship goes back many years.
