JBS Consulting Engineers as a firm was established in 2009, Brisbane City, Australia by a PNG National, Justin B Sarimbu, a Civil Engineer who had developed professionally in the field of civil engineering and construction project delivery. He had arrived at a point in his professional career where he could make the decision to continue to provide service to his employers or to embark on the journey of starting his own consulting engineering and project management business. Mr. Sarimbu chose the latter and offered his sole civil consulting services to clients around Central Queensland, anchored out of its Caboolture Shire office, 45 minutes North of Brisbane City, Australia.
