Andy Rutberg is the Global CEO of Wunderman Thomson Studios, which serves as the digital and content production arm of Wunderman Thompson. As Global CEO, Andy oversees 3,000 employees across 16 studios, including designers; video editors; agile creative teams; marketing operations specialists, workflow and DAM experts; production strategists; digital production specialists; social listeners and technologists. Andy is an innovative leader with a deep passion for customers, helping them navigate the challenging process of achieving measurable return on marketing investment. He has a proven track record of catapulting an organization's ability to "raise the bar" to compete, win and lead in new markets. Andy joined Wunderman as its first Chief Data officer in 2005 and built a robust data and analytics practice for clients such as Microsoft, Dell and Nokia. In 2007 starting with a small digital production team in Buenos Aires, Andy built Wunderman Thompson MSC, now named Wunderman Thompson Studios, into one of the largest production technology groups in the industry. Today under his leadership the company has grown in size to reach 3,000+ people delivering onshore; nearshore and offshore marketing technology services for fortune 500 global clients such as Microsoft, Ford, Colgate, United Airlines, Shell, Dell, GSK, HSBC including: Digital Production @ Scale, Connected Studios, and Production Platforms. Prior to joining Wunderman Thompson, Andy held senior positions at IBM, Harte Hanks and BCBS, and was the founder and CEO of his own ERP software company. Outside of work, Andy loves to spend time with his children, as well as paddle board on the lakes around Massachusetts and Cape Cod. He lives in Boston.

Audrey Melofchik

Audrey Melofchik is Chief Executive Officer of Wunderman Thompson North America, responsible for driving growth in the region. She was appointed as CEO of North America in December 2021, stepping up from her role as CEO of Wunderman Thompson New York where she led agency operations in New York, including the integration of Wunderman Thompson Health. With more than two decades of experience building successful brands, Audrey is known for prioritizing creative excellence, fostering strong client relationships, and promoting a strong culture. She joined Wunderman Thompson from DDB New York, where she served as President of the agency in addition to her role as President of Velocity, Omnicom's dedicated unit for Johnson & Johnson. Under her leadership, DDB signed notable clients, including Kroger, Aflac, Uber, Merck, among several others. Before Velocity, she led the global HP account at BBDO, serving as the Omnicom lead across ten agencies, helping transform the brand's "Keep Reinventing" work into a globally recognized campaign. Prior to BBDO, Audrey sharpened her digital and technology acumen, leading the NY office of Organic. While there, she also served as chief client officer and personally led the Kimberly-Clark and AT&T accounts. Before Organic, she spent eight years at JWT as a business director on Cadbury-Adams, Kraft, Jenny Craig, and J&J. Known for her strong work ethic, no-nonsense workstyle, openness and deeply collaborative approach, Audrey is a highly sought-after leader by clients and teams alike. As an industry advocate, she is also deeply involved in mentoring and growing the next generation of diverse leaders through her involvement in the All Stars Project and She Runs It. She was most recently named a 2020 Working Mother of the Year by She Runs It. Recent empty nesters, Audrey and her husband live in New York City with their beloved dog Breeze.

Bas Korsten

In November 2019, Bas was appointed Global Chief Creative Officer of Wunderman Thompson - a responsibility he shares alongside Daniel Bonner. Before this, Bas was a Creative Partner at J. Walter Thompson's Amsterdam office as well as JWT's Global Futures Council Lead. Bas's ambition and commitment to creativity and innovation turned a local office into one of the most talked about and awarded agencies in the world. With ground-breaking, double Grand Prix-winning campaign ‘The Next Rembrandt', the agency became the most awarded Dutch agency at Cannes in 2016 and was named Cannes Lions ‘Innovation Agency of the Year'. In December 2016, Bas was honored by Ad Age's Creativity 50, listing the 50 most creative people of the year, together with Tom Ford, Beyoncé, Prince and David Bowie. In April 2017, this honor was followed by being selected by Adweek as ‘One of 10 Global Creative Leaders reinventing Advertising and the Ad industry.' Bas originally graduated as a Logistics Engineer but moved swiftly into advertising as a junior copywriter. Two years later he became Creative Director and Board Member of DDB Amsterdam, before leaving with his creative partner Michael, to start their own agency: Selmore. After setting up an experimental agency called Nothing in 2008, Bas joined JWT in 2011 with the ambition to truly do things differently. So, he did. Under Bas and Daniel's leadership, Wunderman Thompson was named Cannes Lions ‘Most Innovative Network' for 2020/2021 and received the Innovation Grand Prix for Unilever's ‘Degree Inclusive', the world's first inclusive deodorant for people with visual and upper extremity impairment. To date, Bas has won 42 Lions, 11 D&AD Pencils amongst which a Black Pencil for his work for Free a Girl ‘School for Justice', plus numerous other international awards. Bas loves watching his four kids play sports and keeps hoping one of them will follow in his brother's footsteps playing for Tottenham Hotspur. But Liverpool would be ok too.

Caroline Foster Kenny

Caroline Foster Kenny joined Wunderman Thompson in June 2020 as Global Chief Client Officer. She is responsible for global client relationship development, working cross-functionally across all Wunderman Thompson capabilities to drive business and brand transformation for the top 30 clients. Prior to joining Wunderman Thompson, Caroline served as CEO across UK and EMEA regions for IPG Mediabrands where she spearheaded a transformative strategy for all of the group's digital and media businesses, including Initiative, UM, The Reprise Network, Stickyeyes, Rapport, Mubaloo, MAGNA and Orion. Before IPG Mediabrands, Caroline was the Global Chief Client Officer at MEC (now Wavemaker), part of WPP's GroupM, where she built and grew global client relationships, overseeing the agency's top 30 global clients. Caroline was part of WPP for over 20 years, holding various international leadership roles, including a six-year stint in Asia, based out of Hong Kong and Shanghai. In 2019, Caroline was shortlisted as MediaWeek's Industry Leader of the Year and was Chair of Judges for Campaign's Media Awards. Throughout her career, she has worked across a wide breadth of client categories and across the full spectrum of media communication disciplines. Caroline lives in London.
