Kairos works for all Arizona public entities-school districts, cities and towns, fire districts, counties, and more-on their own terms... Before Kairos launched in 2017, the public employee benefits system in Arizona was inefficient, slow to change, and short on good options. Plus, it was extremely fragmented-big employers got their health care here; rural employers got their health care over there; school districts in a third place; cities and towns in a fourth. The result was limited choices and a loss of market power.
