LANCE KAMMES - Key Persons
Andy is a native of Carol Stream and currently resides in Warrenville. He was raised in a ‘real estate family'. Both mother and father have been in the real estate industry for the past 25 years. Andy brings over 12 years of IT background and customer service experience to the Lance Kammes Team. He is a 2009 graduate of Robert Morris University. Bilingual to service both English and Spanish speaking community members.
As support staff for the team, she draws upon her unique experience as a small business owner and customer service manager to provide excellent care for our clients throughout each step of the real estate process.
Don earned the designation of ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) which is the highest designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors. He also holds a Cartus Relocation Specialist (CRS) designation as well. Don has been in the real estate industry for the past 24+. Don and his family have lived in the area for over 46 years. He has successfully closed over $44 million in real estate. Don is a 1986 graduate of Illinois State University.
Gary grew up in Garden City, New York (Long Island) and lived in the house that his father built. Fast forward 13 years and his father enlisted Gary and his brother to help build their family summer cabin in Woodstock Ct. Through these experiences at an early age, I came to understand the value of home ownership. Following my graduation from Wheaton College, and marrying his wife Alia, we bought our first home in 1982 (in Garden City, NY) and lived there for 13 years during which time our 4 daughters were born! My job took me back to Wheaton in 1995 and we bought the home that we currently live in. My transition from working in sales and marketing for high-tech companies to helping people with their real estate needs seems like second nature to me and I feel incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to be a part of the Lance Kammes Team - where doing the right thing and servicing our customers is what we do each and every day.
As Lance's transaction coordinator, Hana processes all contracts and ensures all parties are continually updated, to provide a smooth, successful closing. Hana is also a licensed realtor and brings over 18 successful years' experience in real estate to the team.
Jill is West Chicago native who has lived in and around the Wheaton area most of her life. Jill grew up in a family owned local business and has been supporting her community since a very young age. She personally thrives on helping people out of kindness and compassion. Having been in both outside sales and retail, Jill understands that excellent service really comes from listening and caring about what a family needs.
Joe is a native of Wheaton & currently resides in Wheaton. He is very familiar with the DuPage and Kane county areas. Joe brings extensive knowledge and background in new construction, remodeling and investment properties to the Kammes Team. He grew up watching & then working with his father, building homes. Joe wants to help others receive the highest return on their real estate investment. A graduate from Aurora University in 2013 with a double major in Business Marketing and Business Commerce.
As the Kammes Team listing coordinator, she is responsible for creating all custom marketing campaigns for each client. Lori keeps in close contact with all sellers throughout the active listing period. Lori brings over 20 years of customer service and sales team support experience to the Kammes Team.
Megan is a native of Wheaton currently residing in Wheaton after returning from Chicago's Old Town neighborhood. She is very familiar with the western suburbs as well as the city. She brings a unique prospective to buying, selling or leasing residential and commercial properties with 20 years of property management experience. Megan's attention to detail and extensive customer service background are tailored to her client's needs. Megan is an Illinois Managing Broker and a Certified Apartment Manager
Raechel grew up in Wheaton IL, and currently resides in Montgomery IL. Her love for real estate developed at a young age, when her father made open houses a weekend ritual. This inspired a passion for finding the beauty in every home, and its value. She's gifted in interior design and has an eye for detail that can benefit both buyer and seller in their investment. She's sensitive to the desires of her clients, and the process, and dedicates herself in reaching the most favorable outcome for those clients.
At the age of 10, Steven started his entrepreneurial journey and his love for real estate by helping his mother (a local realtor) by handing out marketing flyers (only charging his mom 5 cents a flyer). After years of closely watching her negotiation skills, Steven absorbed her knowledge. His passion stuck with him from childhood through today. He purchased his first home at age 19. Through this first purchase experience, Steven wanted to take what he learned and apply it to others. For the past 10 years, he has assisted numerous families to obtain their dream home. He strives to provide high-quality, personalized service to each and every person he works with. In Steven's spare time he enjoys spending time with family and golfing.
