Dan Kouri now manages and operates the Lariat Steakhouse, with the assistance of his brother Kenny and more of his extended family. We are a true, multi-generational family-owned business with deep roots in the Peoria, East Peoria, and Pekin area. Our family is diligent, some might say obsessive, about passing down our steak house heritage to each succeeding generation... Lariat Steakhouse has been serving great steaks in our Peoria IL restaurants since the 1940's. We offer lunch, dinner, catering, and more!... The Lariat Steakhouse has been serving top-quality steaks and seafood to discerning diners for almost 80 years. We are one of the original restaurants in Peoria IL, and can still remember when it was a "drive" to get to our place.
