2 years later, we are a busy shop (which is currently part-time) and we have all the tools needed including a CNC for all custom engraving and furniture building. Mark currently works for a small 8 man team creating 100% custom, high-end tables and furniture. This allows Mark to perfect his techniques and bring them to MC & C for his own customers... MC & C Designs was founded in 2019 by Mark who is a veteran of the US Coast Guard. Mark served 4 years at USCG station Woods Hole and also served at USCG station Menemsha on Martha's Vineyard for 2 summers. He lives north of Boston with his wife and 2 year old daughter. Mark is the woodworker and his wife is the book keeper and helps in the design process. He has been making things out of wood since he was a little boy. His father, who was in construction taught him the basics of woodworking at a young age.
