Lori brings plenty of experience to her role as executive assistant. Lori recently retired after 26 years of service with the Missouri State Employees' Retirement System. She served as board secretary and provided administrative support to the executive leadership. Some of her duties included managing projects, budgeting, editing publications, and providing research and analysis.

Scott has been involved in non-profit management for over 30 years. In his leadership roles he has helped to raise funds and develop programs for organizations that provide medicines to those in need throughout the developing world, offer educational opportunities to the blind and afford training programs to those with developmental disabilities. He was asked to step into the role of Mobility Worldwide's first full-time executive director in September of 2015.

Wayne brings to Mobility Worldwide a wealth of experience in building international business relationships and opportunities across many regions of the globe. Always interested in people and their cultures, Wayne has supported many charitable causes ranging from refugee services, education, shelter, and economic development. He has a special concern for improving the quality of life among underserved communities. Highly skilled at supporting clients and partners, he works strategically to assist them in accomplishing shared goals. Mr. Beare has engaged with small business owners as well as notable world leaders. He is fluent in Spanish and has been given the title of Honorary African Chief by a Governor in Africa.
