Ellen Pilelsky is President and Co-founder of Weston Title, and oversees the overall operations of the company. Ms. Pilelsky is involved with reviewing every title policy before its issuance, and is also a co-founder of the law firm of Oppenheim Law. Ms. Pilelsky graduated from Boston University summa cum laude with distinction, and is a graduate of the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law where she was on the Editorial Board of the Journal of International Law and Business. Ms. Pilelsky serves on the Board of the Weston Bar Association, and is involved in many community activities including Take Stock in Children and the Broward Partnership for the Homeless.

As Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of Weston Title, Roy Oppenheim is involved with every aspect of the company from reviewing title to troubleshooting potential closing issues. Weston Title and Escrow has been Broward County's local title company since 1994 and has closed billions of dollars in real estate transactions. Roy Oppenheim offers timely, strategic, and educated guidance in Florida real estate transactions. He is also a real estate attorney and co-owner of Oppenheim Law. Oppenheim is heavily involved in public affairs and has served on the board of directors of various civic-minded organizations. He frequently lectures and writes about the real estate market in both the South Florida Law Blog, a real estate law blog. A graduate of the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 1986 where he served on the Editorial Board of the Northwestern Law Review, Mr. Oppenheim graduated cum laude from Princeton University. Formerly a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, Roy Oppenheim currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Real Property Council of Broward County and as a member. Mr. Oppenheim has thirty plus years of extensive real estate experience in both commercial and residential projects, and is frequently called as an expert witness in real estate and title insurance related matters.
