Mr, Benjamin MUSHABE is the Chief Operation Officer of Ngali Holdings.
Benjamin is the Chief Operations Officer at Ngali Holdings Ltd and as a key member of the senior management; he is responsible for designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures, as well as setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth of the company.
Benjamin is one of the founding member of Ngali Holdings Ltd. Prior to becoming Chief Operations officer at Ngali, he was the Director of Operations at Locus Dynamics Ltd (a subsidiary of Ngali Holdings Ltd). Benjamin has well previously served in various senior positions in Ngali Holdings and subsidiaries, Head of IT at Ngali, Director of Operations in Locus Dynamics, spear-headed big successful projects; Cyber Security Trainings, Rwanda-Online (Irembo) and ERP System for MMI among others.
Benjamin worked as an Assistant Lecturer at College of Science and Technology - University of Rwanda, the former KIST. He also managed and supervised Rwanda Online Feasibility Study from inception to assess Rwanda's e-Government readiness, and to propose an implementation plan for Rwanda Online.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of LuNa Smelter Ltd, he is also the Project Manager of Decentralized Fees Collection (DFC), a countrywide project which employs up to 1000 staff countrywide.
His many years of involvement in various facets of Ngali's operations, coupled with his experience in negotiations, networking, due diligence, conducting, and attention to detail. His excellent leadership skills, business acumen and ability to effectively manage, lead and manage a multidisciplinary team are unmatched.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from College of Science and Technology - University of Rwanda, and Master of Science in Information Technology-Information Security from Carnegie Mellon University - Pittsburgh, USA.

He is a Risk Project Manager responsible for assessing project risks, developing financial models, analyzing data, and gauging project viability to sustain the company's portfolio.
Previously, he worked as an Account Specialist where he developed benefit plans for Prime Therapeutics, whose parent company Blue Cross Blue Shield is one the largest health insurance providers in the U.S.

Alphonse is a full-time international Transport Planning Consultant with the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy in joint collaboration with UN-Habitat and The World Bank since November 2018. He is a visiting Senior Lecturer of Urban Structure, Transport Planning, and Engineering at the College of Science and Technology, University of Rwanda since September 2014. He is also a Research Affiliate in the Department of Urban & Regional Planning of the University of Twente, The Netherlands. Previously, he served as the Director-General for Infrastructure and Urban Development [City Engineer] in the City of Kigali from 2014 to 2018.
He holds a Ph.D. in Transport Planning & Engineering from the University of Twente, The Netherlands in 2013 and a Master of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the same university. He has a strong background and experience in practice and research in the fields of urban planning and transport infrastructure planning and development.

He is currently an independent Consultant and Researcher (African Economic Research Consortium);
He served as Advisor to the Chief Economist of the National Bank of Rwanda in the management and supervision of the Directorate of Monetary Policy and Research. Retired in June 2011 from BNR;
In 2009, he was Manager of the "Financial Stability Unit" in the National Bank of Rwanda; in charge of the monitoring and assessment of the soundness of the banking system;
He served as Director of the Research Department at the National Bank of Rwanda for 10 years (1999-2009). In the same period, he performed as a member of the Committee for Monetary and Exchange Policy (CMEP), Chairman of the Technical Committee for Monetary Analysis (TCMA) in charge of forecasting the banking system's liquidity, Vice-Chairman of the Treasury Management Committee (TMC) made up of senior officials from the Ministry of finance and the Central bank;
He was Director of Finance and Administration in the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock from 1997-1999;
He served as Director General in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry from 1995-1997;
