Andy Anderson - CEO

Andy Anderson is Founder, President & CEO of Anderson Group Inc., a parent company to Nor-Son Construction, a commercial construction company specializing in Healthcare, Hospitality and Manufacturing, and Nor-Son Custom Builders, a boutique residential builder specializing in high-end custom homes, in the upper Midwest. Prior to becoming Founder, President & CEO of Anderson Group Inc., Andy began his career in the banking industry, successfully growing International Bank Corporation from $250 million business to $600 million and expanding to 19 branches. Andy also has been involved in numerous commercial real estate transactions and continues to develop properties across the upper Midwest. Andy then went on to establish Northern National Bank. Under his leadership, he increased the financial institution to four branches with $200 million in assets before selling the business in 2008. Andy is a trustee on the board at Regis University in Denver, Colorado, former member of the Young Presidents' Organization and a former trustee at both Breck School in Minneapolis and Providence Academy in Plymouth, Minnesota. Andy earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Regis University and his graduate degree in banking from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Andy enjoys hockey, boating, downhill skiing, football, hunting, and spending time with his three children.

Austin Torma

Working as an apprentice plumber for several years and an Assistant Project Manager for a concrete company, Austin came to Nor-Son with valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills. He has extensive knowledge of OSHA and a B.S. in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. Austin is most passionate about his family. He enjoys working on projects in his garage, coming up with his own ideas. He spends some of his free time watching sports, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife.

Chris Emond

Chris brings building teams together. A creative problem-solver, he is good at forming connections with clients, helping them move forward with building or remodeling projects. Chris treats each business and customer as unique. He is an advocate of doing the right thing and gets each project over the finish line. A member of Nor-Son Construction's leadership team, Chris has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Beginning at age 14, he worked his way up to where he is today. Chris has managed numerous large projects in Minnesota and around the U.S. He is known as a team player with a can-do attitude and concern for others. Chris is OSHA-30 certified and has a B.A. in Political Science from St. John's University. Chris has an adventuresome spirit and has traveled around the globe with his wife. Together, they engage in outdoor activities with their two children, including grooming a backyard skating rink during winter. Chris is passionate about downhill skiing and enjoys fishing and other lake activities.

Chris Otto

He is a Certified Healthcare Constructor through ASHE and has a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Chris shows up to help others in all areas of his life. He is invested in his family and enjoys outdoor activities with them. Colin Baartman

Dave Linder

With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Dave's professional experience stems from design/build, construction management, and general contracting delivery. Dave is passionate about his family and enjoys engaging in hobbies and sports, including golf. His enthusiasm for learning keeps him researching various topics to gain a better understanding of the world around him.

Eric Larson

Eric enjoys getting to know each client to help them achieve building goals, whether expanding a built infrastructure or creating something new. An active listener, Eric gets client aspirations on a drawing and coordinates with engineering consultants to create a construction drawing set, remaining mindful of scheduling and budget. He recognizes every project as unique. A member of Nor-Son Construction's leadership team, Eric has 18 years of experience in design and 14 as a licensed architect. He has experience with commercial and residential projects. Eric's interest in design evolved from a passion for classic cars having curves and intricate lines, giving each vehicle its own identity. He is passionate about helping businesses grow, which benefits the health and growth of a community, and creates job opportunities. Eric has a B.Arch from North Dakota State University. Eric is family-focused and engages in building relationships. He enjoys camping, snowmobiling, and watching motor sports. Eric is an active member of the Brainerd Noon Sertoma Club, an organization that serves its community and helps those in need.

Eric Lien

Eric is a hands-on leader in project management. Happy, satisfied clients are his goal as he establishes budgets, coordinates schedules and contractor work scopes, and delivers quality products with quality service. Eric has a B.S. in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids at the lake. Isaac (IKE) Hedberg

With good relationships at the center of everything he does, Isaac works well with clients and the field team to ensure the success of design details. He enjoys helping clients realize their building visions and applies himself to studying job-related software, new products, and current building methods. Believing every project has unique needs, he keeps on top of design-related options to provide the client with the best results. Working for nearly 25 years at Nor-Son, Isaac's interest in design and construction began early in life, helping his father with home projects and gaining knowledge from his grandfather's work in building code review. In addition to his Architectural Technician position, Isaac also helps manage IT work at Nor-Son. He has an Architectural Construction Technology AAS from St. Cloud Technical College. Isaac is devoted to his faith and family. He likes to spend time with his wife and three young girls. He serves at his church, managing technology. Isaac also likes to work with computers in his home lab and enjoys camping, hunting, and fishing.

Julie LaRose

Julie is a pro at putting all the pieces together with the team to make a successful project. She supports Project Managers in getting each job up and running and making sure it is operating smoothly. Julie fosters good relationships with the team, keeping communication open and ongoing. She is resourceful and finds the tools she needs to get each job done. With close to 30 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Julie worked with her father during her college years at an air conditioning company. It was there she gained experience scheduling employees and learning advanced organizational skills. Julie is certified in Procore Construction Management Software and proficient in other construction software. She has a B.A. in Vocal Performance from Augsburg University. Julie is passionate about her family and her horse. She enjoys spending time outside feeding the birds or horseback riding. Julie also enjoys singing, reading, and cooking, often experimenting with new recipes, and testing them on her unsuspecting family.

Keri Kuklok

With two decades of experience in the construction industry, Keri has many years of design experience on both commercial and residential projects. She is skilled at coordinating projects between clients, subcontractors, and the Nor-Son team. Her interest in design evolved from a passion for construction while working with her father. Keri has an Architectural Construction Technology AAS from St. Cloud Technical College. Keri lives on a hobby farm with her husband and two children. She likes to stay busy at home with plants, horses, and many other activities with her family. She has been involved with the Scandia Valley Fire Department for 15 years and is involved with Morrison County 4-H, where she is a leader. Keri also enjoys traveling, fishing, and downhill skiing.

Mac Gruber

Mark Korte

He brings insightful knowledge of value engineering to clients. He also likes to share what he's learned with the younger generation and champions their success. Mark has a B.S. in Construction Management from Bemidji State University. Mark maintains a glass-half-full attitude and has a passion for enjoying life. During his free time, he can be found traveling with his family or engaging in one of his many interests like golf, fishing, reading, or spend time with his dog, Gus. Mitch Hecker

Nick strives to deliver a quality product on time and keeps safety at the helm of each project. Nick enjoys hunting and fishing with his wife and three adult kids. He is involved with "Take a Vet Fishing," a nonprofit organization that gives back to those who served in the military. He donates his time and equipment, taking veterans fishing during events or one-on-one outings.

Richard Bell

Richard's faith and family are his priorities; he enjoys cycling with his wife, reading, and keeping up with current events. He also loves working on projects. Rochelle Hebert
