Rigby was adopted at eight weeks by Sam and Nate on August 27, 2022 from Portland. He has a special condition called hydrocephalus, more common in toy dog breeds. His condition leaves him with little learning capabilities, small seizure-like episodes, and the constant need to walk in circles. While his condition somewhat limits what kinds of things he can do, he loves to explore and has the sweetest heart... Rigby loves to run around outside sniffing all the plants he sees. While he cannot do a ton, he is very independent and likes to see what is going on around the yard. He isn't very familiar with using toys and does not know how to play with the other dogs, but he loves to play with his puzzles - and is actually quite good at them. Rigby has had to be independent while playing because the other dogs will not play with him, they don't really understand how to. But Rigby does not let that get him down and he enjoys the action even if he is just a bystander.
