Chris Henneforth - CFO

With his experience ranging from finance to operations to strategy, Chris Henneforth is the perfect fit as Omnia Medical's CFO. As Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Omnia Medical, Mr.Henneforth oversees all aspects of the Company's finance, legal, human resources, and information technology departments. His experience began in June 1998, where Mr. Henneforth received his BSBA in Finance and Risk Management/Insurance from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business. In June 2004, he received his MBA in Finance with a concentration in Investment Management and Corporate Finance from this same institution. Mr. Henneforth subsequently taught some of the very same classes he attended during his time at The Ohio State University becoming an Adjunct Professor in its' Fisher College of Business. Upon completing his education, Mr. Henneforth spent time in Investment Banking and Investment Management working as an associate in theDebt Capital Markets division of Cantor Fitzgerald before founding his own investment management firm. During this time, Mr. Henneforth was also involved with multiple outside businesses where he acted as an advisor, investor, officer, or Board Member. In these roles, he provided corporate guidance on various issues in companies with profiles ranging from startup to well established. Mr. Henneforth later obtained a position as Chief Financial Officer, and subsequently Chief Operating Officer, of Phusion Projects, a Chicago based alcoholic beverage company. At Phusion Projects, Mr. Henneforth was the first C-Suite executive brought in to manage the company's growth and subsequently a nationwide recall of its products. Mr. Henneforth assisted in stabilizing the business and obtaining favorable financing to fund the various phases Phusion Projects was going through during his tenure.

Steve Anderson - CMO

Steve Anderson received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from San Jose State University and brings over 20 years of medical device sales experience to Omnia Medical. In addition to various Regional Sales Manager positions for companies such as Alphatec, Precision Spine, Integra Spine, and Paradigm Biodevices, Mr. Anderson also co-founded a spinal implant company called Custom Spine. His experience getting spinal implants FDA cleared and brought to market combined with his extensive sales management background all contribute to Mr. Anderson's role as Vice President of Marketing for Omnia Medical.

Tony Rainer - COO

Job Titles:
  • Director of Operations
Mr. Rainer worked in the retail industry through college. He attended Ohio University Majoring in Broadcast Engineering. Tony was employed by various major retail companies from 1983 to 2001, working in senior management. Mr. Rainer began working in the orthopedic spine industry in 2001, working in the capacity of inventory/distribution manager for REO Spineline, LLC, until 2004, at which time he began working as director of distribution for Theken Spine, LLC until 2008. Mr. Rainer began working for UPex, LLC in 2008 in the capacity of VP of Operations and moved into a corresponding position for Skeleton Crew, LLC and The Progressive Orthopedic Company, LLC upon mergers of those companies. In 2014, Tony left The Progressive Orthopedic Company to become the Director of Operations for Omnia Medical, LLC. He brings over a decade of experience in medical device logistics and operation functions to the organization.

Troy Schifano - CTO

Job Titles:

Troy received his BS in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, WV and his Master's Degree in Biomechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, AL. He was a founding member of Theken Spine which went from start-up status to public company acquisition by Integra Life Sciences in 2008. During his ten year tenure with Theken Spine and, subsequently, Integra, Troy held positions in project engineering, product development, project management, product marketing and sales. He left Integra in 2012 to become the General Manager of Upex Holdings, LLC which was merged into The Progressive Orthopedic Company in 2013. In 2014, Troy left The Progressive Orthopedic Company to begin his own product development, design and distribution company, Omnia Medical. Troy brings engineering, clinical, manufacturing and operations expertise to Omnia Medical in an executive position.
