PACE is a training institution that seeks to help aspiring and current culinary professionals who want to have an edge in the culinary profession and entrepreneurs who want to be more effective owners. In doing so, PACE seeks to help the culinary industry and our country by providing world-class culinary education, relevant entrepreneurial training, knowledge and skill building and practical learning experience... PACE was conceptualized April 9, 2012 with the vision of building an institution for culinary training and culinary entrepreneurship in the east area of Metro Manila. A team of individuals had a vision of establishing a school that will train individuals who are passionate about cooking and serving people.
