Alex Cowden is the Senior Vice President of Accounting, overseeing the accounting and reporting functions of PAC's property management business. He has 15 years of experience in the accounting field, including 10 years managing the corporate accounting team for PAC, when it was a public REIT. Prior to joining PAC, Alex worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers serving private clients and at a local accounting firm in middle Georgia. Alex received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Georgia Southern University and earned his graduate degree from Georgia College & State University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia.

Faye serves at Senior Vice President of Preferred Apartment Communities. She joined PAC in 2016 and has over 23 years of experience in Multifamily Management. As Senior Vice President, Faye oversees all Operations for the PAC Portfolio. She also oversees operations for PAC's new development asset as well as lease up operations through the PAC Mezzanine program. Before joining PAC, Faye worked as Vice President of Multifamily for Harbor Group Management Company where she oversaw 18,000 units throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. She also worked for Trammel Crow Residential and SWH Properties. Prior to working in Multifamily, Faye worked in the Hospitality Industry for JW Marriott and Starwood.

Kim serves as President for Preferred Apartment Communities. Prior to that, she served as Executive Vice President & Chief Property Management Officer - Multifamily since August 2015. She has over 30 years of experience in all facets of property management. Prior to her role at PAC, Ms. Hodge was a Partner and President of Ambling Management Company, where she was responsible for the oversight of all operations of the company including strategic initiatives, both corporate and property level financial performance, strategic business services, and company culture. Under her leadership, Ambling Student Housing operated over 25,000 beds of housing, while at the same time, Ambling Management Company operated 83 owned conventional, senior and affordable assets totaling nearly 13,000 units. Prior to being appointed President of Ambling, Ms. Hodge held the position of Chief Operating Officer. She also held the positions of Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Ancillary Services, and Regional Vice President with Insignia Management Group/AIMCO, where she was responsible for the oversight of a portfolio with some 21,000 units of conventional housing located in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

Lisa Domm is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Services for PAC and has over 20 years combined experience in multifamily and student housing management. She joined PAC in 2016 and leads the talented teams who execute strategy on marketing, resident experience, due diligence, training, and software support. Lisa began her career as a part-time leasing agent while in college and progressed steadily through the ranks of on-site management until moving into a training role for a student housing management firm. Since that time she has held roles including Training Director, Regional Director, Director of Operations, Marketing Director, and Vice President of Strategic Business Services. Along the way she has become a regular panelist at the National Apartment Association's annual Apartmentalize conference sharing industry knowledge and experience.

Patricia Williamson is a Senior Vice President and leads the legal team at PAC, which provides legal and compliance guidance to PAC's property management business. Prior to joining PAC, Patricia was a partner at a law firm in Atlanta where she practiced in the area of commercial real estate and represented multifamily developers, owners, investors and operators in all aspects of their business. Patricia received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
