Throughout her academic journey Andrea gained a deep understanding of the importance of fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. She has worked as Customer Service Representative effortlessly navigated through customer inquiries and concerns, providing support. Her educational background and professional experiences have shaped her into a skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative. Caitlyn Kuan

Caitlyn Kuan, Esq., MBA, Founder of Agifall Advisory, a business brokerage and advisory firm in New York City, has 17 years of experience as a consultant, attorney and entrepreneur. For 13 years, she has advised clients on growth strategy and M&A matters. M&A projects comprise of more than 40 M&A transactions across industries through every phase of the M&A life cycle, from the initial market assessment, target sourcing and diligence through implementation of the divestiture or integration. Strategy projects include customer insight, market entry, revenue growth, portfolio optimization and competitive intelligence. Previously, Caitlyn was AVP of Global Strategy at MetLife, Inc., Engagement Manager at Deloitte Consulting LLP, Senior Consultant at EY-Parthenon, investment banking summer associate at Wells Fargo Securities, and founder, managing attorney and consultant at Gerberas Law. Caitlyn earned her MBA from the University of Michigan, her JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and her BA from the University of California, Berkeley. She holds a real estate broker's license, and is a member of the CA state bar. And she is a board member and EVP of the New York Chapter of Berkeley Haas Alumni Network.

He takes the strategies he learned in the corporate world and applies them to his role, serving PGP Advisory clients. "I'm more than a deal person. Jason Brown During his years in the corporate world, Jason worked in many diverse industries, ranging from aerospace and defense, software implementation, technology, and food and agriculture to automotive, and property and causality insurance. He knows first-hand what it takes to operate a business and brings his perspective and business acumen of someone that understands the ins and outs of how business truly works. Jason has seen firsthand how his work has impacted the lives of his clients. He is driven by a deep desire and belief that an experienced partner can have a powerful impact on the deal, its stakeholders, and the business. Karl speaks the language of small business. He helps them start/acquire, grow, and exit businesses. He worked for several Fortune 500 companies acquiring, managing, and improving businesses. Today Karl helps small business owners navigate the process of selling and buying businesses.
