Chris Weidler is a Chief Financial Officer at Pretium, where he is responsible for the Firm's accounting, reporting, and budgeting processes. Mr. Weidler joined Pretium in 2017. Previously, he was Chief Accounting Officer and Controller for Apollo Global Management. Prior to Apollo, he was Managing Director and Financial Controller of the Americas at Barclays, where his roles included Global Head of U.S. GAAP Technical Accounting and Global Head of Financial Reporting. Mr. Weidler previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC. Mr. Weidler is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He holds a BS in Accounting from Villanova University. Jeffrey Meriggi

Jeffrey Meriggi is a Senior Managing Director and the Chief Business Affairs & Legal Officer at Pretium, where he is responsible for the oversight of all legal and compliance functions related to the Firm. Mr. Meriggi provides counsel on a broad range of matters, including the formation and operation of funds, the structuring and financing of investments and other strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Pretium in 2014, Mr. Meriggi was a Vice President at Pine River Capital Management L.P., where he advised Pine River and Silver Bay Realty Trust, the first publicly traded single-family-rental company, on transactional matters. Prior to Pine River, Mr. Meriggi was an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where he focused on real estate, private equity and corporate finance. Mr. Meriggi is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He received a BA in History from Washington & Lee University, where he graduated as the valedictorian, and a JD from Columbia Law School.

Jennifer Strickland

Jennifer Strickland is a Senior Managing Director and Head of the Business Development Team. Ms. Strickland is responsible for driving our fundraising efforts, client strategy and management of the Business Development Team. Ms. Strickland joined Pretium in 2020 with more than 20 years of experience in business development. Prior to joining Pretium, Ms. Strickland was an Executive Vice President with PIMCO responsible for marketing their Alternative Investment Products in the US and Canada. Prior to PIMCO, Ms. Strickland was a Managing Director at Blue Mountain Capital in New York and has also held Investor Relations and Marketing roles at HBK in Dallas, and Citibank in New York and Hong Kong. Ms. Strickland started her career at Morningstar in Chicago. Ms. Strickland is a member of Pretium's Executive and ESG Committees and a founding member of Women in Private Credit (WIPC), a network of senior women dedicated to advancing private credit and empowering its female leaders. Ms. Strickland earned a BA in Statistics and an MBA in Finance and International Business from The University of Chicago.

Jerry Ouderkirk

Jerry Ouderkirk is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Structured Credit at Pretium, where he has overall responsibility for the Firm's corporate credit platform. In addition to overseeing and expanding the Firm's CLO platform, Mr. Ouderkirk is building out numerous investing businesses across structured credit including Structured Corporate Credit and Distressed/ Opportunistic Credit. Mr. Ouderkirk joined Pretium in 2017 with 20 years of experience building and committing capital around structured credit products and platforms. Prior to joining Pretium, Mr. Ouderkirk was a Partner at Goldman Sachs, where he started the Institutional Lending Group for Goldman Sachs Bank USA which oversaw the Firm's discretionary lending and investing in the bank. He previously served as Global Co-Head of Structured Credit Trading, where he oversaw multiple capital committing businesses and started Goldman's CLO Trading business, which he ran for more than 12 years. Mr. Ouderkirk is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He received a BA with honors in English and Economics from Colgate University. Mr. Ouderkirk serves on the Board of CitySquash in New York.

Jonathan Babkow

Jonathan Babkow is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Residential Credit at Pretium, where he is responsible for the management of the residential credit business. Mr. Babkow joined Pretium in 2018 with over 25 years of experience in mortgage whole loans including non-performing and re-performing loans. Prior to joining Pretium, Mr. Babkow was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he was most recently Head of Residential Loan Trading. Prior to that, he was with Bear Stearns for nearly 20 years, where he oversaw the Distressed Residential Loan and Mortgage Servicing businesses. Mr. Babkow is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He received a BS from Franklin & Marshall College, where he serves on the Board of Trustees.

Jonathan Meltzer

Jonathan Meltzer is a Senior Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Client Relationship Strategy at Pretium, where he is responsible for client relationships across the Firm's residential and corporate credit platforms, as well as Pretium's firmwide debt financing. Prior to joining Pretium in 2017, Mr. Meltzer was a Partner at Goldman Sachs where he was the Chief Operating Officer of FICC North American Sales and Co-Head of North American Credit Sales. Prior to his 13 years at Goldman, Mr. Meltzer was at Lehman Brothers for 12 years and was Vice President in Credit Sales. He began his career in insurance sales at Tanenbaum-Harber & Co. and the Barasch Group. Mr. Meltzer is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He holds a BA from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Jonathan Pruzan - President

Jon Pruzan is the President of Pretium, where he lends his 30 years of financial services experience to all aspects of Pretium's business and its operating companies, including overseeing strategic development and the infrastructure functions at the investment manager, as well as our enterprise services initiative. Mr. Pruzan is a member of Pretium's Executive Committee. Prior to joining Pretium in 2023, Mr. Pruzan spent over 28 years at Morgan Stanley (1994-2023), most recently as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President (2021-23). He was a member of the Firm's Operating, Management, and Risk Committees and the Morgan Stanley/MUFG Global Steering Committee. Previously he served as Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2021 as well as Head of Corporate Strategy from 2016 to 2021. Prior to becoming CFO, Mr. Pruzan spent 21 years in the Global Financial Institutions Group in Investment Banking leading the group from 2010 to 2015. He started his career at PaineWebber in 1990. Mr. Pruzan received a BA in Political Science and Economics from Tufts University and serves on its Board of Trustees. Mr. Pruzan is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the New York-Presbyterian Hospital, the Board of Directors of the Peterson Institute of International Economics, the Board of Directors of The American Ditchley Foundation, and a Trustee Emeritus and past Board Chair of the educational nonprofit Summer Search NY.

Joshua Pristaw

Joshua Pristaw is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at Pretium, where he plays a leadership role in Progress Residential, the Firm's single-family rental platform, as well as for its single-family rental funds and separately managed accounts. Mr. Pristaw joined Pretium in February 2022 and brings more than two decades of real estate experience across acquisitions, asset management, portfolio development, and capital markets. Prior to joining Pretium, Mr. Pristaw co-founded GTIS Partners, a real assets investment firm, where he worked for 17 years and most recently served as a Partner, Co-Head of GTIS Brazil, Head of Capital Markets, and a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Previously, he was a Principal and Co-Head of Acquisitions for Coventry Real Estate Advisors and was also a member of Coventry's Investment Committee. Mr. Pristaw is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Brazil Hospitality Group, one of the largest owners and managers of hotels in Brazil, and on the Board of Directors of GTIS Brazil Logistics FII, an externally-managed real estate vehicle listed on the Bovespa in Brazil. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College.

Kyle Beauchamp

Kyle Beauchamp is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Quantitative Strategies at Pretium, where he is responsible for delivering analytical applications and quantitative research for the Real Estate business, including asset acquisition, pricing and revenue management, and portfolio optimization tools. Prior to joining Pretium in 2012, Mr. Beauchamp was Director, US Structured Finance Pricing at Markit Partners, LLP, where he led a team overseeing mortgage credit analysis and financial modeling. Laura Cappiello is a Senior Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at Pretium, where she has overall responsibility for the Firm's talent and people strategy, including recruiting, career development, employee relations and compensation & benefits. Ms. Cappiello brings 20 years of experience, including more than 10 years as a senior human capital executive in premier investment management firms. Most recently, she served as Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at Madison Dearborn Partners, where she oversaw the firm's talent efforts, including recruiting, employee relations and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives. Previously, Ms. Cappiello was the Head of Human Capital Management and Deputy General Counsel for BlueMountain Capital Management. Matthew Cantor

Matthew Cantor is a Senior Managing Director responsible for the oversight of distressed and stressed investment situations across Pretium's product strategies. Mr. Cantor joined Pretium in 2020 with over twenty years-experience in corporate restructuring. He joined Pretium from Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. where he ran Lehman's legal strategy in connection with the liquidation of its assets and business since its emergence from bankruptcy. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Cantor was a Founding Principal for the distressed, event-driven credit and special situations investment manager at Normandy Hill Capital L.P. Before Normandy Hill, Mr. Cantor was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he represented debtors, creditors and investors in corporate reorganizations. Prior to joining Kirkland & Ellis, Mr. Cantor was a Principal at Valley Lane Trading Corp. Mr. Cantor started his career serving as an associate and partner at Weil Gotshal & Manges L.P. Matthew Nichols

Prior to founding Deephaven, Mr. Nichols was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where he ran the Residential Mortgage Loan Business. Over his twelve years at Goldman, Mr. Nichols built and ran multiple non-agency loan acquisition, origination, servicing, and securitization businesses. Don Mullen is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pretium, where he leads the Firm and is responsible for ensuring adherence to its investment philosophy, communicating closely with clients regarding products and strategies, and contributing his experience to strategic decisions surrounding investments and corporate direction. Mr. Mullen was a Partner of Goldman Sachs until February 2012 when he left to found Pretium. At Goldman, Mr. Mullen was a member of the Management Committee. He was Head of the Securities Division's Global Credit and Mortgage businesses, a member of the Firmwide Risk Committee, and chaired the Principal Investments Committee. He also served on the Securities Division Executive Committee, the Firmwide Capital Committee, and the Public Policy Committee. Prior to joining Goldman in 2001, Mr. Mullen was a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Credit at Bear Stearns, where he served on the Board of Directors and Management and Compensation Committees. Roberta Goss

Roberta Goss is a Senior Managing Director and Head of the Bank Loan and CLO Platform at Pretium, where she is responsible for building and leading the Firm's Crown Point CLO business, as well as managing investments across the Firm's other corporate credit portfolios. Ms. Goss joined Pretium in 2019 and has over thirty years-experience managing high yield, leveraged loan and CLO investments. She joined Pretium from DFG Investment Advisers where she ran their $4 billion CLO platform. Ms. Goss spent 14 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as the co-head of the high yield and bank loan business for Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Earlier in her career she worked on a proprietary desk in London managing high yield and leveraged loan investments for Saudi International Bank (an affiliate of JP Morgan). Ms. Goss is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. In 2022, Ms. Goss was named one of the "Most Notable Women on Wall Street" by Crain's New York Business. She received a BComm from Mount Allison University.

Ted Huffman

Ted Huffman is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Strategic Development at Pretium, where he has overall responsibility for leading the Firm's corporate strategy, including strategic acquisitions, dispositions, alliances, and partnerships. Since joining Pretium, Mr. Huffman has led strategic equity investments in Pretium and has overseen the acquisition and integration of Valcour Capital Management, Selene Finance, Deephaven Mortgage, Anchor Loans, and Front Yard Residential (NYSE: RESI). Prior to joining Pretium in 2014, Mr. Huffman led financial institution originations for Lone Star U.S. Acquisitions, LLC. Prior to Lone Star, Mr. Huffman spent 12 years at Bear, Stearns & Co, where he began his career in the leveraged finance group before leading strategic corporate finance transactions for financial institutions as a Senior Managing Director. Mr. Huffman served in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, completing deployments to the Middle East, Africa and Central/South America. Mr. Huffman is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He received a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
