From my first professional teaching experience as a table tennis coach, I have always been in a "perpetual search for solutions" to any obstacles I might face. From there was born a real "passion for pedagogy". The insatiable personal and professional "curiosity" leads me to "innovate" during my teaching by experimenting with new solutions. This with the aim of promoting the learning of those trained and more generally, to ensure that their potential is expressed. For this, I rely on a "humanist approach" which is characterized by a "benevolent" and "empathetic" support. I make sure to rely on the experience of the people trained and I am vigilant about "listening to them" to their questions, their questions.
