RAMPART POLICE ACTIVITIES LEAGUE

"Rampart Police Activities League, Inc" (RPAL, Inc) is a local LAPD-Rampart chapter of the California Police Activities League. RPAL, Inc is a 501c3 charity organization that promotes a greater understanding and trust between the youth of our community and the police officers who serve them. Through educational, athletic, and recreational activities, RPAL, Inc addresses the neighborhood youths' proclivity to gang involvement and juvenile crime by creating effective intervention programs. We offer opportunities and hope to youth in the midst of poverty, despair and violence that might otherwise travel a different, less fortunate road were it not for our programs... Rampart PAL promotes trust and understanding between young people and police officers by bringing youth under the supervision and constructive influence of dedicated law enforcement professionals.
