Bryony is the compliance officer here at Red, she has worked in compliance since she was just 16. Bryony is the person that gets our candidates compliant and set up ready to start their new role with us. Her job involves speaking to new people almost every day and she loves getting to know them all. As the company grows we look forward to building our compliance team. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends, ideally in the sun!

Jamie is one of the principal consultants at Red and has been with the business from the beginning. He has 6 years experience in recruitment and loves introducing great people to great employers. Leaning what is important to all clients and prospective clients is of huge importance to Jamie and, finding the right fit for candidates and businesses is of paramount importance to him.
In his free time, is there anything he doesn't like doing? His endless list of hobbies and try anything approach sees time with his young family often spent enjoying the great outdoors.

Richard is a Principal Consultant who has worked in the industry for 8 years and has a specialist interest in mental health services. He has worked with NHS and private companies across the UK, pairing specialist nurses with their dream roles. In the world outside of Recruitment, he is a proud father of two amazing daughters, Phoebe and Ryleigh. They are his constant motivation and remind him of the importance of shaping a brighter future for the next generation.
Richard has worked within recruitment for over 5 years and has been with Red for the last 2 years. He has extensive knowledge of the Nursing sector, with his primary focus falling within the mental health aspect of the NHS. He enjoys the fast paced side of recruitment with no two days being the same, as well as the social side of working within such a fantastic company. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his two daughters and taking them out at weekends. He enjoys trying to play Football, Cricket and taking in the occasional round of Golf.

I was the fourth person through the door at Red Sector (excluding delivery men and takeaway providers), shortly after the company started and have managed to avoid being sacked since. Not completely satisfied with this achievement, I somehow convinced them to promote me to the manager of the Veterinary recruitment team through slight of hand trickery and mind control techniques.

Shane is the head of our Social Care department, and he has been with us since Red Sectors' inception. Shane has worked with professionals across the entirety of the UK, in all specialisms. He has spent over 10 years recruiting in this field and has an excellent knowledge of the social work landscape.
Shane has worked within Sales for the last 10years, initially Insurance then moving over to Recruitment in 2013. He has always worked within the Social Care Sector and enjoys working directly with managers and candidates to deliver the best service.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is also a keen Arsenal supporter and is also the self-proclaimed "non-league guru"

Yasmin is head of HR, she has worked at Red for 6 years and came to the business with experience in the field. Her role is to provide support to the team, ensuring everyone has the tools to succeed. She's our go-to person for well-being and to offer solutions to work/life matters. As well as keeping a check on the team, she interviews those looking to join us and ensures everything is in place for their employment.
Yasmin deals with all administrative and accounts related enquires for Red. Yasmin has carried out a number of administrative jobs for over 10 years but began working for Red after graduating from uni within social care in 2018. She enjoys going out and meeting candidates and clients and loves the buzz the office gives. In her spare time she loves spending time with her three boys, going for dog walks and escaping to the gym late at night.
