ROUTH FAMILY FOUNDATION

The Jerry D. Routh and Cheryl L. Sawatzke Routh Family Foundation is a Nevada Non-profit Corporation organized in 2002 to support charitable, educational and religious purposes. The Foundation seeks to assist, contribute to and support other organizations created exclusively for charitable, educational and religious purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code.
