With over 35 years of executive management experience in the construction materials industry, Bryan serves as an Independent Contractor to Roebuck in its mergers and acquisitions and other business and financial advisory engagements. Bryan's previous experience includes Vice President and Chief Financial Officer as well as Vice President and General Manager of aggregates, concrete products, asphalt and construction related businesses with Cemex, CSR Rinker and Holcim. Bryan possesses a Bachelor of Business degree from the New South Wales Institute of Technology and is a licensed CPA.

Douglas C. Coleman

Ken Davis - CFO

Job Titles:

Ken's financial management experience spans over 38 years, including 13 years in the construction materials industry. Prior to joining the firm, Ken held the positions of Controller and Region Business Analyst of Rinker Group's Steel Construction and Materials Divisions, respectively. His expertise includes all aspects of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analyses and internal controls, as well as financial and operational business process improvement. A licensed C.P.A., Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Florida.

Mark Tolar

Mark possesses nearly thirty years of concrete products industry experience spanning operations, sales and general management positions in ready mixed concrete, concrete masonry and fabricated steel. He has worked in both family and publicly held businesses, including West Coast Industries, Florida Mining and Materials, Mississippi Materials, and most recently Vulcan Materials' Florida Rock Division. Mark possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Auburn University.

Mary Francis Roebuck - VP

Mary Francis has served in an executive capacity at Roebuck for over 15 years. She possesses expertise in business analysis for mergers and acquisitions, valuations, market and feasibility studies, and the development of continuing education programs in both live and e-Learning formats. Mary Francis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Michael L. Jones - EVP

Mike's expertise includes concrete products and construction industry management positions in customer service, operations, sales, leadership development and environmental, health and safety during tenures at U.S. Concrete and Southdown, Inc. He also served as a Construction Manager and the Director of Quality Assurance for Pulte Home Corporation in Central Florida, and as an officer in the United States Marine Corps specializing in logistics and transportation. Mike is the principal instructor and a participating author of Roebuck's continuing education curriculum in both a live and e-Learning format. He is also certified to teach all four modules of the NRMCA's Certified Concrete Professional series of courses. Mike possesses a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida and a Master's Degree in Business from Webster University.

Stephen J. Roebuck - CEO, President

Stephen possesses more than 25 years of construction materials industry experience at all levels of management. He has worked with scores of privately held companies throughout the concrete products and construction industries with regard to business valuation, merger and acquisition and profitability improvement initiatives, as well as the majority of vertically integrated aggregate and cement companies operating in North America today in the areas of business intelligence, strategic and corporate planning, and continuing education. Stephen currently serves on the Board of Directors of the NRMCA's Manufacturers, Products and Services Division and is a member of the Association's Business Administration Committee. He also serves on the Marketing and National Accounts Committees of the National Concrete Masonry Association, and is a former member of the Board and Executive Committee of both the NCMA and the Florida Concrete and Products Association. Stephen possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Auburn University.
