Hi there! We're owners Paul and Julia. For a long time we wanted to own a quick-service Mexican restaurant that focused on serving clean, healthy food. After a move to Boise, Idaho in 1995 we decided, why not start one!? 25 years later and we still love what we do, bringing healthy, fresh, Mexican food to the Boise area.
