Amanda Draxler

Amanda is a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Amanda then received her Master's Degree from UW-Oshkosh in Professional Counseling-Clinical Mental Health. She is a National Certified Counselor, Red Crossed trained in psychological first aid and foundations of disaster mental health. Amanda is also a member of the American Counseling Association and Wisconsin Counseling Association. Amanda has been working in the mental health field for 7 years and her approach to counseling is collaborative and eclectic. Her philosophy of counseling is based on the belief that the client possesses the power to change, and that it is her role to help the client become aware of how to understand and utilize that power. She also employs techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which empowers the client to dispute your internal thinking process and to encourage positive change. Amanda also uses techniques from Client-Centered, Family Systems, and Gestalt Therapy. When working with children and adolescents she utilizes art and plays therapy techniques. Amanda believes this approach allows the client the ability to discover how to utilize his/her own inner strengths and overcome any presenting issues.

Amy Henning

Amy Henning is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and her graduate degree from the University of Tennessee. She specializes in child and family therapy working with children ages 3-17 and adults of all ages. She also works with couples dealing with marital or relationship issues. Amy has been working with children/adolescents and families for over 15 yrs. She has experience in a wide variety of settings, including a domestic abuse shelter, drug, and alcohol rehab center, various churches, birth to 3 programs, headstart programs, in-home, and outpatient counseling settings. Amy is skilled at working with most childhood disorders as well as many adult issues including depression, anxiety, divorce, abuse, marital issues, anger management, and stress reduction. Amy brings patience, understanding, and honesty to her counseling sessions. She is passionate about helping others in a non-judgemental setting and making others feel comfortable while working through their troubles.

Audra Eggum

Audra specializes in inclusivity of all individuals, couples, and families. With over 20 years of experience, Audra offers a safe and nonjudmental space for you to HEAL within, and find ACCEPTANCE for yourself wherever you are on your path. Audra is well versed in holistic and traditional therapies, and can help assist in any area(s) you wish to grow. LGBTQIA+ friendly. Audra Eggum, MSW, LCSW is a practicing psychotherapist who has an interest in holistic wellness and growth. Audra received her Masters of Social Work degree from University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and continues to become educated on the most up-to-date therapeutic interventions. She is well versed in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and has specialized training and teaching in Cultural Consciousness, Trauma-Informed Care, and Intuitive Awareness. Candace Debban-Anderson

Candace has a Masters's Degree from the University of Chicago. She has over twenty years of experience in counseling individuals and adults struggling with a variety of issues and concerns. Candace is especially known for her work with children and adolescence. She is trained in dealing with pediatric anxiety. Candace also focuses on adoptive families with pre-adoption and post-adoption issues. Candace has worked for a number of large clinics and agencies. She feels strongly that she can provide safe, confidential, and skilled counseling for you. Her philosophy in therapy is eclectic in behavioral science. Candace can also add a Christian and spiritual component if it is requested by clients. She also counsels couples that struggling with intimacy and communicating problems. Candace can provide separation and divorce counseling, in addition to working with depression, loss, and transition issues.

Cindy Halford

Brainspotting can be used for anyone who is feeling stuck, struggle with unresolved trauma, want to rid themselves of unhealthy thought patterns, and much more.

Dan Frye

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Dan offers encouragement and assistance to individuals, couples, and families. He enjoys helping his clients with various relationship and mental health concerns: including anxiety, depression, parenting techniques, parent/child, and couple relationship, challenges. Dan earned his Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and i s a fully licensed and insured psychotherapist in the state of Wisconsin. Dan is formally trained in a variety of evidenced-based couple and family systems therapy approaches. Additionally, he works with individuals using Marsha Linehan's Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and the Beck Institute's Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with other scientifically proven tools to help people improve their relationships and lives. Outside of work, Dan enjoys motorcycling, playing guitar, working with his hands, and traveling with his family. A native of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Dan has lived and worked in Central Wisconsin since 1994. Dan works with people of all ages but prefers to work with parents and the whole family system when a child is younger than age twelve. Danielle Abraham

At times through the therapy process I will guide the discussion in order for you to discover more about yourself and the areas you struggle with. Other times I am direct and prescribe interventions and skills that I have you practice in the session. I may provide homework from time to time which can be used to help transition the work that is done in the therapy session outside of the office. This gets people the biggest bang out of their therapy time. Kristen J. Henke

Kristen J. Henke, PhD. has been a practicing, licensed Psychologist in Wisconsin since 1993. Prior to joining Sherman Consulting, she served as the Rehabilitation Psychologist for a local hospital system for over 20 years. Dr. Henke earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Mississippi in 1992 having previously completed her internship at the Missouri Health Sciences Psychology Consortium in Columbia, Missouri. She also completed a Fellowship in Clinical Heath Psychology in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Medicine. Kristen possesses extensive training and experience in treating patients with acute and chronic health conditions. Her area of expertise includes chronic pain management and adjustment to injury and illness (cancer, stroke, brain injury). She has also enjoyed great success helping people cope with anxiety, depression, and other stress-related conditions. She takes the time to listen and to understand each person's unique needs and expected outcomes from therapy. Lisa A. Hidde

Matthew Fischer

Matt received his Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and his Masters of Professional Counseling from Lakeland College. His primary areas of study included human development, interpersonal relationships, and behavior. Matt believes that all individuals begin life on a path to reach their fullest potential but often face challenging life events and relational interactions that sway them off course. Matt feels his purpose is to assist his clients with finding their way back onto their path. To accomplish this, he provides a safe, trusting, and judgment-free environment for his clients to work towards positive emotional and behavioral change. Matt enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and couples primarily using Cognitive Behavior Therapeutic techniques but incorporates Solution-Focused, Positive Psychological, Strengths-Based, and Interpersonal strategies for an eclectic approach to client care. He loves helping his clients discover and utilize their strengths, skills, and positive attributes. Matt also has interests in communication skills building for clients who struggle with interpersonal as well as work relationships. Megan Bednarczyk

Megan earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and went on to receive her Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from UW-Madison. Megan works with a person-centered, holistic approach to understand each patient and their unique circumstances. Michael Anderson

Mike Anderson has been doing individual, family, and couples therapy for over 30 years. He is an associate of the American Board of Medical Psychotherapists and a member of The International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Mike's graduate degree is in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin with undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Philosophy. His approach is eclectic with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral, existential, and problem-solving therapy. He has been trained in transactional analysis and enjoys working with the Christian and spiritual perspectives. Mike also has significant experience in working with sexual perpetrators, teenagers, and veterans. He has worked in an adolescent correctional facility and has been a director of a therapeutic community.

She works primarily with clients struggling with addiction, depression and anxiety issues. She also works with individuals, couples and families to address relational concerns. Sarah's approach to therapy is meeting clients where they are at in the change process, helping them determine where they want to go, and developing a plan of how to get there. She believes strongly in the power of self-talk and how our thoughts and belief systems influence our ability to accomplish what we want to in life.
