Barbra is a highly experienced coach and trainer. Previously, Barbra has held multiple leadership positions within STEM, most recently supporting business strategic direction within Arcadis.
Dominique started her career assisting financial advisors which led to various office management roles. She eventually transferred these skills and became an Asset Finance Broker predominantly for the TECH sector which she did for 7 years. Dominique joined Skills 4 in November 2021 and is Operations Manager and Assistant to Jayne Little, CEO.

Elizabeth has worked at director level in the engineering, manufacturing and construction sectors for the past 20 years. As Managing Director of 3 Vocational Awarding Bodies she spent 10 years creating opportunities for individuals and businesses in training and qualifications.
Holly has previously worked on gender and inclusivity courses for an e-learning provider, and enjoys championing equality, diversity and inclusion.
Jayne is the founding CEO of Skills 4 and has extensive experience of training and consultancy in workforce development, with a specific specialism in gender diversity.
Jocelyn has previously worked within the debt and finance sector, helping customers from a wide range of backgrounds to become debt free and more finaincially independant.

Lynn is a highly experienced operator in the skills environment with over 25 years experience. Previously Lynn was operations director for Semta the Sector Skills Council for science, engineering and advanced manufacturing.

As one of the first alumni of the Skills 4 Career Development Programme, Michelle is an accomplished senior manager, having reached executive level within a global engineering company. She has extensive experience of developing and leading people both domestically and internationally to ensure cross-cultural delivery across a number of EU and Non-EU countries.
Paul Robertson has more than 30 years' experience in all aspects of the media. Until July 2011 he was the award-winning editor of the Evening Chronicle in Newcastle - a position he held for nearly 10 years. He was also the editorial director for Trinity Mirror North East.
