The Social Impact Measurement System (SIMS) tool is owned and managed in Northern Ireland by Development Trusts NI (DTNI) the regional network of ambitious and enterprising community-led organisations, working together to help neighbourhoods thrive... SIMS is an online tool managed by DTNI in Northern Ireland in order to help you assess the social value of an asset transfer proposal or project.
