SKN Properties strives to create and own diverse and unique commercial projects. The company was founded in 1991 with a specific focus on one-to-five-acre retail development projects throughout California. SKN Properties has worked with over a hundred different tenants, from Blaze Pizza to Verizon, Chef's Warehouse to Wells Fargo Bank... During the Great Recession of 2008, the company saw an opportunity and acquired several existing properties in various locations around the country. This led SKN Properties to Texas, Kansas, and the state of Washington. In 2015, the company continued to look for opportunities in the marketplace and diversified into multi-family housing and industrial real estate. SKN Properties' success is attributed to over 30 years of professional experience in the business, and their ability to adapt to the marketplace.
