Bram Pape - COO

Bram Pape leads the operational organization and is responsible for running Encapson's day-to-day business and implements standardized business processes. He has a background in Project Management and R&D in the pharmaceuticaland medical industry at FeyeCon Carbon Dioxide Technologies, Océ Technologies and TMC. Bram holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from Radboud University in Nijmegen and a PhD from the Eindhoven University of Technology in development of biomaterials for Regenerative Medicine and Drug Delivery.

Fabian Stein

Fabian Stein leads the Business Development and Marketing from Sono-Coat. As part the LipoCoat Group he is responsible for Business Development and Global Sales for LipoCoat BV. He has more than 10 years' of experience as a Researcher working in academic and Industry in the area of regenerative therapies and tissue engineering. He holds a Master of Science with a specialization in Medical cell biology from the University of Lübeck (GER) and is about to obtain his MBA with a specialization in General Management from Middlesex University of London (GBR).

Jasper van Weerd - CEO

Jasper van Weerd is responsible for overall management of the company, strategic alliances, funding and investor relations. He worked in the past in different academic projects in the US, Netherlands, Italy and the United Kingdom. From 2010 till 2014 Jasper was engaged with his PhD at the University of Twente, entitled, "Novel Biomedical Applications of Supported Lipid Bilayers". His PhD has resulted in numerous public awards, authoring or co-authoring 11 internationally peer reviewed scientific papers, evolving into the launch of LipoCoat BV in 2016. Jasper holds Executive Directorships of in the LipoCoat Group as Chief Executive Officer

Lee Ayres - CTO

Lee Ayres led the development of the Sono-Coat® technology. Lee is responsible for the improvement and upscaling of Sono-Coat BV's coating technology platforms, managing customer sample tracks, business development and introducing technical innovations. Lee has built an extensive industry network focused on developing echogenic solutions for medical devices. Lee holds a Master's Degree in Chemistry from University of York and a PhD from the Radboud University of Nijmegen in Synthetic Polymer Chemistry.
