SOURCEABLED

SourceAbled is a program developed by Rangam in partnership with the autism community in India. It leverages Rangam's strong ties to the global disability community and workforce expertise to design and develop: 1) SourceAbled Community (for vocational skills training and community-based employment) and 2) SourceAbled Business (for corporations looking to hire individual with disabilities)... In India, we are looking to collaborate with local disability inclusion champions, including businesses that provide sheltered employment and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that work toward empowering people with disabilities. We would also like to connect with schools and universities to learn about their transition programs and offer our expertise in skills training for employment.
