Bob Foster is a Technical Manager with over 20 years experience as a senior software engineer and team lead. Bob has proven experience in all aspects of software development and delivery (including DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code). He is a firm believer in the benefits gained by software teams when following Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies and has been successful in helping drive Agile/DevOps cultural shifts in both individual teams and organizations. Bob feels strongly that feedback is crucial to the success of a project and following the disciplines of Agile, CI/CD and DevOps will help provide visibility and feedback early and often throughout the entirety of a project, improving its chance for success.
Chris Doss is an agile coach, consultant, and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST). A CST for more than a decade with more than 20 years experience as a program manager, he has coached and supported more than 250 different agile teams and led the implementation of agile for large organizations. In addition, Chris is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Six-Sigma Green Belt, and is certified in Design Thinking from Harvard University. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who served 22 years in the Virginia Army National Guard and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering.
Claire Lohr has been an active professional in the computer field for more than thirty years, with the last fifteen years focused on software process improvement to companies including GTE, Motorola, Westinghouse, SAIC, Boeing, Aetna, and others. Claire currently provides training and consulting services for a wide variety of both government and commercial clients. Her certifications are CSQE, CSDP, and CTFL. She is a SEI CMM Software Capability Evaluator and a Lloyd's Register ISO 9000 Lead Auditor.
Dave Burke is the COO of Coveros, Inc., where he has led the startup and growth of the company. Prior to Coveros, Dave was COO for Digital Focus, a software development consulting company that provided Agile adoption and software development services to customers ranging from enterprise class to entrepreneurial start-ups. Dave has nearly a decade of hands on experience helping clients understand, embrace, and gain business value using agile software development principles. He has led numerous enterprise level software development programs and projects, including the development of a large scale systems integration strategy for a global 100 communications company. Dave's experience spans the US market and Europe where he established and led a UK based subsidiary of Digital Focus.
David Bulkin is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and agile coach that continues to build products by serving as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Coder, Analyst, and Tester. With more than 35 years experience delivering software and systems, he has been applying agile methods for nearly 20 years across the entire value stream. David was an independent reviewer of the PMI-ACP body of knowledge that fed the creation of the PMI-ACP Exam and has worked on the exam questions for the Certified ScrumMaster Exam. He is authorized by the Scrum Alliance® to deliver Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Advanced Certified ScrumMaster sessions.
Hugo Sanchez has more than 20 years of software development, software assurance, project management, and product management experience with a wide range of software products and applications. He is an accomplished Product Management & Project Delivery professional with successful track record of providing complete lifecycle management of "whole" products, families of products and infrastructure projects. Hugo has experience running agile teams and delivering project on time and budget in the face of organizational challenges and market dynamics.
Jeff Pierce has more than 20 years of experience in software engineering management, specializing in program, project, and software quality assurance management. Jeff is also experienced in building technical teams that are rapidly able to implement solutions and deliver business value. More recently, Jeff has focused on Agile project management and, as a certified Agile ScrumMaster, has coached and mentored several client companies over the last 10 years in successfully introducing Agile practices and methodologies as part of their Agile adoption and quality software delivery.
Jeffery Payne has led Coveros since its inception in 2008. Under his guidance, the company has become a recognized market leader in secure agile software development. He is a popular keynote and featured speaker at technology conferences and has testified before Congress on technology issues such as intellectual property rights and cyber-terrorism. Prior to Coveros, he was co-founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Cigital, where he led the startup and growth of the company for 16 years. Jeff is a former ACM National Lecturer and the co-founder of the Northern Virginia Chapter of the IEEE Computer Society. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Allegheny College and an M.S. in Computer Science from The College of William and Mary.

Jona Qorri is a member of the Agile Solution Delivery Team at Coveros and an accomplished software and test automation engineer with experience working in large Agile programs. She has worked with a variety of Test Automation and DevOps technologies to automate containerized CI/CD pipelines for both commercial and federal clients. Jona's work with Agile teams has sparked her interest in furthering her career in leading teams to understand and implement the Agile process so that they may be able to produce solutions that can contribute to technical innovation. She is a Certified Scrum Master, ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Fundamentals and the Foundation of DevOps. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and in the kitchen improving her skills as an amateur baker.

Mark Tomlinson is currently a Performance Architect with a small fintech startup in Philadelphia and he is also the producer of the popular performance podcast PerfBytes (www.perfbytes.com).
