Richards career began in 1999 in Montana. Since then Richard has spent time in Central Oregon and is now a Division Chief with Umatilla County Fire District # 1. Richard has specialties in Training program management, wildland fire operations and working with people. Richard has exceptional skill sets building relationships and organizational abilities.
Chief Stanton began his career in 1986 and is now the Fire Chief for Umatilla County Fire District #1. Scott has experience on college advisory boards, state union positions, Board of Public Safety, Standards and Training, regional training association and is a current board member for the Oregon Fire Chief's Association and Special Districts Association of Oregon. Scott believes that the future is working together in some form or fashion to better serve our public and with experience in strategic planning, contract of services and consolidations is eager to help you.
Tom began his career in 1989 and has experience in central and eastern Oregon and with Portland Fire Bureau he expanded his knowledge and experience thru 25 years, recently retiring as the Division Chief of Emergency Operations Tom has spent time on state incident management teams, served on regional and state boards and understands unions and excels at working with people. His energy is infectious and always has a can do attitude.
