Brett pursues his craft with discipline and rigor, guided by the principle "It's not how you start, it's how you finish." Beginning from the bottom up, Brett started his career more than fifteen years ago and has quickly advanced within the industry.
As Director and Chief Builder of Swell Building Group, Brett's experience has prepared him well to succeed in a highly competitive market encompassing all facets of the residential and commercial building industry. Brett is well-versed in all aspects of the construction process from the pre-construction, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and procurement through site-management, turnover, and closeout. Brett is a hands-on leader who puts clients first.
