TEALWOOD HOMES

Our community is a common interest community where each townhouse lot is individually owned, and all common areas are owned by all Tealwood homeowners. The purposes of our non-profit Homeowners Association are to provide for the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the residential lots and common areas, and to promote the health, safety and welfare of the residents of our community. Our Association Corporation is governed by an elected, active Board of Directors, all of whom are homeowners in Tealwood.
