TERRI BENDER MORRISON

As founder and Director of Mindful Motion Yoga (MMY) studio in Jacksonville, FL, it was my initial desire to establish a yoga space with the primary intention of teaching mindfulness through the physical postures of yoga. More than a decade later, the intention remains... MMY employs a stable family of teachers who are unique and yet share a common vision. Clients characterize the studio as clean, inviting and welcoming. They describe the teachers as compassionate, knowledgeable and loving, fully invested in their students... I teach yoga and mindfulness practices to encourage others to safely be with their minds and bodies in the studio and in the world. First drawn to yoga by the physical postures, I found through the practice, spiritual and intellectual growth, as well.
