The Compass Institute offers a rigorous two-year learning experience and community in the tradition, theology and practices of spiritual formation and healthy culture for those who are hungry for nothing less than personal and cultural transformation... For transformation to take place, two things must be healthy: 1) the internal conditions of leaders and 2) the culture where leaders work. Compass' mission is to cultivate personal and cultural health for leaders and churches.
