Secondly, by exploring hyperbolic discounting, we can make sure teachers receive messages from their peers of positive experiences for a particular position/role. We are attracted to stories of specific individuals rather than anonymous individuals or groups. Teachers would love to hear what their peers say about a position, and a positive one will be helpful in recruitment...
