Adam Sanders

Adam has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and is a certified personal trainer through multiple organizations such as NASM and ACE. He is also a certified martial arts instructor holding multiple black belts including reaching master level in both taekwondo and hapkido. He is also an official inductee in the U.S.A. Martial Arts Hall of Fame. Whatever your goal may be, Adam can help you reach it!

Adron Tennell

Job Titles:

Former NFL and Arena Football player, Adron is now the owner of Tennell Elite Training - getting back to the basics. Athletes will receive a customized program that includes position-specific training - with all the tools to get them ready! His personal training focus is on footwork drills, agility drills, hurdle drills, cone drills and position drills. Each position has a specific job to do and by teaching athletes how to better understand their desired position and their role will benefit them tremendously. It's my job to help these athletes understand their position's responsibility.

Christian Orellana

Christian Orellana is the founder of Athletics Training Performance (ATP). ATP is a company that takes a holistic approach to fitness. Chris is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a corrective exercise specialist, weight management specialist, and a certified pain-free movement specialist with ISSA (International Sports Science Association). Meaning, Chris is certified to help you achieve your fitness goals and recover from injuries and keep you injury-free. As an athlete, Chris has competed in boxing and jujitsu. Chris is also a Latin dance instructor. He is driven by his passion for helping people perform better in their everyday life, specific skills, or sport. He enjoys helping people achieve their dreams by moving pain-free and helping athletes achieve their full potential. His approach incorporates sports psychology, meaning he will not only help achieve your physical goals but also help you improve in the psychological part of the "game."

Dylan Hoyt

Dylan received his BS in Kinesiology and has worked as a strength and conditioning coach with youth and collegiate athletes, general population, and special needs. His speciality is Strength and Hypertrophy Training, but is dedicated to facilitate any client goals. He is a certified personal trainer (CPT) through ACSM.

Erin Lewis

Erin has been a coach, personal trainer, and group exercise instructor for over 10 years. He has worked with everyone from beginners, to rehab clients & geriatrics, to pro athletes; from 1-on-1 training, to small groups, to groups of 100+ people. He started his journey in fitness as a swimmer - going on to swim for Gardner-Webb University (NCAA D1) on scholarship, and has since earned a BS and MS in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EPC), a Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS), a certified USA Weightlifting Coach (USAW1), and a Certified Nutritionist (Pn1). He owns his own training/coaching business (Lewis Performance Training), in addition to co-owning The Trainer's Gym. He is also the strength & conditioning coach for the Dallas Rugby Football Club (DRFC).

Kristie Bolen

Kristie has been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for over 11 years. In addition to her Masters degree in Health Education, she is a Master Trainer for National Council on Strength and Fitness. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutrition Specialist, and Certified Strength Coach. She specializes in weight loss, athletic conditioning, general fitness. She believes that exercise is not only the cornerstone to physical health, but also mental and emotional health! Her goal is to help you feel and look your best!

Mark Hudspeth

Full-time musician turned trainer, Mark found his passion getting to help others become better versions of themselves. He is a Cooper Institute Certified Personal trainer. He has been training personal, small group, and boot camps for the past 5 years.

Robert Ellis

Job Titles:

With seven years of experience as a personal trainer, Robert has been helping his clients recognize the obstacles along their fitness journey and develop strategies and programs to be successful in overcoming them. As a body transformation himself, Robert brings a unique understanding and empathy to his clients' personal perspective. It is this understanding that allows Robert to better meet his clients where they are and guide them to success. Robert is well versed in multiple modalities such as free weights, kettlebells, bodyweight, and myofascial release. He is able to use this diverse knowledge to develop personalized programs that are fun, safe, effective, and suited to each clients' individual needs, taste and goals. Robert is certified through the American Council on Exercise, and has specializations in MMA conditioning through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Myofascial release through Triggerpoint. In addition to fitness Robert's personal interests include Martial Arts, Yoga, writing, and personal development.

Walter Avant

Walter had been training clients for 6 years. He got his start coaching CrossFit, and now has turned to training in group fitness and one-on-one sessions. His training style is very functional fitness focused, with everyday movements mastered before complex; form, form, form. He has obtained his Personal Training Certification through ISSA.
