According to the EPA and a landfill avoidance study conducted by Virginia Tech, wood made up 8.7% of all American waste sent to landfills in 2017 - largely fencing, furniture and pallets. In weight, this comes out to 12,140,000 tons of wood sent to landfills, of which pallets account for over 30% or around 1% of the total waste sent to landfills in 2017. Our goal at TPC Assets is to work with local and state agencies to divert wood waste from our land fills and manufacture products and services that will increase environmental sustainability, create jobs, and revenue on the local and state level...
