Having established his roots in the UAE over 20 years ago and has worked with Bahrain, Saudi Arabia , Kenya , Myanmar, India and is well diversified in the laws and regulations of the industry enabling Valor International to achieve its goals and thrive.
Mr. Saif has been on the board of directors of many companies and consulted and directed many successful entrepreneurship.
Beginning his careers in Etisalat , one of the Middle Easts most prominent telecommunications
Companies, Mr. Khouri was in charge of international expansion and growth.
Currently Mr. Khouri is a full time Chief Enterprise Architect with Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company (ADGAS), Abu Dhabi, UAE.
He's time ventured with Etisalat into many countries and his experience and global outlook in ADGAS has been bases for his future vision to plant a seed in the Oil sector and grow it into a large and bountiful multinational cooperation.
