The restaurant exclusively works with local and organic farms for meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits. We know every farm we're working with to ensure we get premium products grown sustainably for our customers. Our producers include Terramay, Nutrifresco, A Cerquinha, Do Becco... You can also trust the host to advise you on how to best pair your food with organic and natural beverages. VDB Bistronomie serves natural and bio-dynamic wines or craft beers.
