Bernd is founder of Vibe Group. After completing his Master of Law at the University of Amsterdam and a management traineeship at Van Hessen BV, Bernd started his staffing career as a manager at Sthree plc. Here he met Daniël Visser with whom he shared the ambition to do staffing differently: better, faster and smarter. Together they launched Visser & Van Baars in 2011 as Vibe Groups first niche brand, followed by Spilberg, Eswelt and Tergos.

Daniël is co-founder of Vibe Group. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from NHL University, and master's in Business Economics (2005) and Business Administration (2007) at the University of Groningen. After completing a management traineeship at Coca-Cola Enterprises Daniël started his career in Staffing and Consulting as manager at Sthree plc. This was where he met his later business partner Bernd van Baars. Daniel and Bernd shared the same view on staffing and consulting. Together they launched Visser & Van Baars as Vibe Groups first niche brand, followed by Spilberg, Eswelt and Tergos.

Esmeralda is Head of Marketing at Vibe Group. After completing her master's degree in Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a traineeship at ABN AMRO, Esmeralda started her career in marketing at Deutsche Bank in 2008. 14 years of marketing experience later Esmeralda first joined us as Manager Digital Marketing, only to take on the role of Head of Marketing merely a year later. Before joining Vibe Group, Esmeralda worked as Marketing Lead at Funda for almost three years.

Johan Bogaard has been CFO at Vibe Group since 2020 and has over 20 years of experience in the Staffing, Information & Data Analytics and Telecoms industries. Before joining Vibe Group, Johan spent more than nine years at Recruit Global Family, part of Japan's Recruit. For the last four years, as CFO of RGF The Netherlands, he was responsible for Finance, IT and Operations. His key areas of expertise include Strategy Development, Digital Transformation, Business Control, Financial Control & Accounting, Data Analytics and M&A.

Marieke is the Director of Learning & Talent Development at Vibe Group. She has over 15 years of experience in Learning & Development. She holds a Master's degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University. She started her career in Learning & Development with ICI plc in 2007. In 2008 she joined Mediabrands, where she held various roles in Learning and Talent Development and was based in London, Amsterdam and at the company's head offices, in New York. 13 years later, she left Mediabrands as Senior Vice President Learning & Leadership Development to take on the role of Director of Learning & Talent Development at Vibe Group.

After completing his Business Administration studies at Erasmus University in 2003, Martijn started his career in the recruitment industry at Randstad in Rotterdam. He took the next step at Page Group, where he was involved, among other things, in the start-up of the Rotterdam office for Page Personnel. Over the past 17 years he has held various senior management and executive roles at Page Group, including the last 4 years as Managing Director in the Netherlands. Since December 2022, he has been Managing Director of Vibe Group Netherlands, where he uses his expertise and experience in Staffing and Consulting to achieve maximum growth.

Mennold has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry. He gained international experience by living in the US for 18 months and in Vienna for one year. Mennold worked at SThree plc for over 12 years where he has held various roles and was part of the EMEA board. He joined Vibe Group in 2016 as Managing Director Netherlands, in 2021 he was appointed CCO and since January 2023 he is Vibe Group's CEO.
Steven served as CEO of Specialist Staffing Group Inc. (SThree Americas) from 2012-2018. During this time, he oversaw the company's growth from $40 million to $287 million in revenues. Steven worked at SThree for 22 years, including 12 years on the executive board. He is also the co-founder and chairman of Alldus International, a staffing and media company specialising in the field of artificial intelligence. Since December 2018, he has acted as an Executive Partner with a leading Private Equity firm in New York.

Yannick is Managing Director at Vibe Group Belgium. After completing his studies in Marketing Management at KDG in Antwerp and International Business at the Corvinus University of Budapest, Yannick started his career in Staffing and Consulting at Sthree plc in 2006 . Here he gained a broad experience in the Staffing and Consulting industries IT / Tech, Finance and Oil & Gas throughout different European offices. This was where he met Daniël Visser and Bernd van Baars, with whom he would later work with. Almost 11 years later he joined Vibe Group in 2017, where he's currently running the Belgium office.
