Raised in upstate New York on the Hudson Valley; Rachelle has a love of art, restaurants and architecture. Her Aunt taught her the fun of traveling and meeting new people. She moved to Tampa where she received a Bachelor's degree in Literature at the University of South Florida. She met her husband, a career soldier, stationed at MacDill Airforce Base. They traveled around the country and settled in Japan where they lived for three years. Rachelle and her family were stationed at Fort Carson in 2010 where they settled in Fountain, Colorado. Rachelle stayed home and dedicated herself to their young daughter while her husband was in the service. Once retired, after 22 years, Rachelle and her husband Scott decided to stay in sunny Colorado. They have moved three times throughout the cities of southern Colorado and finally decided to put down roots in Canon City. Rachelle's heart has always been driven to real estate and once they became permanent residents she decided it was the right time to pursue her career. Always enjoying the thrill and adventure of moving and finding the family home, Rachelle is excited to help you find yours. She takes pride in her family and friends; treating the friends she meets along the way as part of her family. Toby Lorenc is a native of Colorado Springs and graduate of University of Colorado in Colorado Springs (UCCS). His background includes sales and business development roles across various industries including publishing, entertainment, non-profits, corporate training and development and event planning. Supporting local businesses and shopping small are important to Toby and he's a local foodie who enjoys dining at the various restaurants throughout the region. During his free time, he explores the outdoors with his dog (Kona), enjoys traveling, and doing both performance and visual art. Toby has been licensed as a real estate agent in Colorado since 2006 and although he works with both buyers and sellers, he specializes working with first time home buyers. As a native of Colorado Springs he's grown to love this community and desires to see it thrive. For that reason, he is a great resource for anyone needing information or assistance buying or selling real estate. His designations include being a Certified Divorce Specialist, Certified Client Protection Expert and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), one of the hardest certifications to acquire. Toby also helps to recruit and train agents and serve as a mentor to help others learn real estate.
