Andy Smith

Born in Southern Indiana, Andy spent his early years hunting and fishing at his Grandfathers farm till the age of nine. After relocating with his intermediate family to Raleigh North Carolina, Andy continued to connect with hunters abound. He developed his knowledge and love of the sport wherever he could throughout North Carolina. While attending East Carolina University and working for Fed-Ex Transportation, he earned a degree in Industrial Distribution and Logistics with a minor in Business Management. Shortly after graduating ECU in 2014 he began working within the construction industry while hunting, processing and cooking wild game during his free time. As his love for the great outdoors grew, so did the dream of pursuing a career in that field. After 5 years of working in the construction industry, he realized he wanted to spend less time in an office and more time relating to the great outdoors and his passions in life that include hunting, fishing, cooking and listening to Lynyrd Skynyrd. Since then, Andy decided to join the Wildflow Team in September 2020 as the Lead Foreman and hasn't looked back!

Christine Marshall

Job Titles:
  • Office Manager
Born and raised in Newport News, Virginia, Christine spent much of her childhood swimming and competing in sports. She was offered multiple swimming scholarships but decided on Texas A&M University where she Majored in Business Management and Minored in Sports Management. During her tenure at Texas A&M, Christine earned 14 Big XII titles, 23 All American titles and a Bronze Medal at the 2008 Olympics competing for Team USA. After 19 years of swimming competitively, Christine decided to retire from the sport and pursue a career in sales. Christine worked within the Material Handling Industry where she provided solutions and services to business owners, operation managers and warehouse managers within a wide variety of industries. While flying home from a work trip, Christine met Jacob on a plane ride home, who at the time was flying home from a hunting excursion with his father. After hearing about Jacobs passion for hunting and the outdoors, Christine was intrigued by the sense of community and respect for land and wildlife that the sport reflects. Since the conception of Wildflow, Christine has managed the office work and assist with operations. Christine hopes to help grow and promote the hunting culture and have her two boys, Jaxson and Jefferson grow up within the industry.

Devon McGinnis

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Born and raised in central Virginia, Devon grew up hunting, fishing, and farming. Shortly after high school, Devon joined the Marine Corps and was stationed in southern California. During this time, Devon took every free opportunity he had to bow hunt several western states. Upon transitioning from active duty in 2019, he moved to Raleigh, North Carolina to attend N.C. State where he majored in Fish, Wildlife and Conservation Biology and minored in Forestry Management. Devon spends his free time with his wife Rachael or out in the woods hunting. He is also passionate about training bird dogs and loves to chase wild birds with his GSP, Moose.

Eric Hogan

Born in Rocky Mount, North Carolina Eric grew up hunting, fishing, and spending every free minute outdoors. During his teenage years he spent his summers at his family's hunting club in Stantonsburg North Carolina. There he learned how to manage 4 tracts of land totaling just over 1800 acres of hunting and farm land. In that time he became familiar with white tail deer, black bear, turkey and many more wildlife habitats. Eric also learned how to groom land to work not only for the hunter, but the wildlife as well. Eric comes from a mechanical background. Between his father and older brothers being mechanics and growing up surrounded by machinery, his passion for fixing things grew! At 17 Eric graduated high school and began working full time as a technician at North Hill Tire Pros in Raleigh, NC. During his time spent as a mechanic Eric's love for the outdoors lifestyle and the sportsmanship of hunting continued to grow. Which ultimately led to him joining the Wildflow team. Where he can continue to stay in contact with wildlife and all it has to offer.

Jacob Lyle - Founder

Born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, Jacob spent his childhood all across the state hunting and fishing with his father. From Roanoke River striped bass, to Watauga River trout, to down east ducks, to piedmont whitetails and turkeys he's chased them all. His love for the outdoors led him to pursue an education in Agriculture at North Carolina State University. His summers were spent working on a farm in South Dakota. Jacob graduated and earned degrees in Agriculture Science and Agribusiness Management in 2014. After college he managed 3 properties for timber and wildlife totaling over 2500 acres. Jacob realized that he not only had a passion for hunting but creating, developing, and maintaining habitat for just that. Jacob is a licensed and insured prescribed burn contractor and a North Carolina real estate broker. His goal is to help and assist landowners maximize their investment and recreational properties to their full potential.
